Classic New England Inn and Restaurant. This has been a main stay for this area for years. It has come under new management in the past couple of years, but with the same integrity as the old management.

Hiking, swimming, and sight seeing

Donnell Pond is a beautiful area with a swimming beach and usuallly eagles, ospreys and other wildlife. The short hike to get there is very scenic and if you are wanting a little more of a workout, Schoodic and Black Mountain trailheads are along the way. The views atop these mountains are breathtaking.

Sightseeing

MAke sure to get out at any of the turnouts, to walk on the ledges . There is a large parking lot at the point with vistas that are amazing. On a windy day the crashing surf is alway exciting.
