I love road trips and if you like it too, this is another place that you can't miss, located south of Vallarta, get there by bus, car or boat. The Cristal clear water is the attraction and the sea food, enjoy it for a day or stay overnight.

It's 3 hours away from Vallarta, take a bus or a road trip to this beautiful beach town and take a tour to the Cocinas Island 🏝, cost 50 pesos single trop, they leave you at the beach, bring your snacks, umbrella and all what you need, there's just nature and you, that's what I loved it, an amazing place to spend the day.
If you are the one that needs adventurethis is a cool hike, you can do it by yourself or hire a guide from airbnb experiences, you can take a taxi or a bus from Walmart that is in front of the cruise ship.
You have to go to Higuera Blanca and start from there, you follow the river area to start with the hike.
