It's a small market but offers fresh seafood, meats, fresh veggies and fruit, fresh Alaskan-roasted coffee, a salad bar, La'roma Deli, Bakery, and a take-out section for freshly prepared food. A breakfast time hint for pastry lovers-if you are feeding a group, you can get a bag of day-old baked goods at a significant discount. They keep yesterday's baked goods near the deli. Also, if you are in a hurry and need a quick bite, they make lovely breakfast burritos in a warmer near the deli.
