Food scene

We are in partnership with Domaine de Pecoulette (700m from the castle). Mr. and Mrs. Daveri welcome you at the end of the morning to offer you an aperitif and taste their quality extra virgin olive oil. The domain is in the middle of the Rhône valley. They harvest their olives from mid-October, to lose as few olives as possible. Suddenly their yield is lower (6 to 7 kilos of olives per liter) but they obtain an olive oil with this characteristic green fruitiness, and a pleasant balance between taste, ardor and bitterness. www.domainedepecoulette.com
