Food Scene

Amazing fusion cuisine on the vibrant North Street. It's great for brunch, lunch and dinner. My favourites are the Shakshuka and their Mezze. Good value too, but remember to book!

Only a few doors down this is our favourite curry house in Bristol. It's not cheap and it might not look like much from the outside, but the staff are so friendly and the food is lovely and authentic.

I go to Bagel Boy about once a week! I love the Bagels and the Salads are great too. Very well priced and a perfect spot to cure a hangover!

I love this place! They do amazing Pizza, cooked in their traditional Italian oven. They do a very simple menu plus a specials board. You can eat in (lovely trendy restaurant), or take away. I usually phone ahead and pick up my pizza about 10 min later.

The Tobacco Factory is probably the most iconic building this side of Bristol. It's owned by former Mayor George Ferguson who you might see around (look out for Red Trousers!). It's a great local hang out any time of year. They have a lovely beer garden, lots of space inside for drinking and eating and they do a pub quiz on Wednesdays. It's also a Theatre! So have a look on their website for any upcoming plays.

Sightseeing

Bristol's most famous landmark. Walk up to Clifton and then over the bridge to Leigh Woods. Views from the bridge over the city are fantastic.

Parks & Nature

Leigh Woods is the perfect spot for a long Sunday Walk. You can walk up from Southville and out the other side towards Clifton. There's a deer park and lovely views over the city.

Lovely small art gallery right on the Harbourside. There's a nice little shop and cafe there too.
