Tartes is a walk-up window bakery. The tarts, cookies, scones, etc are beyond delicious! It looks like a little pink house that has a little display window that begs you to stop and buy something. The Key Lime Tart and the Pecan Bourbon Tart are sublime. The crust they use is the perfect thickness, flakiness and butteriness. PERFECTION.

The battleship is anchored across the river and offers tours. Very cool. On News Year Eve you can spend the night. You can take the ferry from Penn's Landing across the river to Camden. The ferry is also very cool.

The depth and breath of how much Franklin created, invented and established is simply stunning. We owe him for our libraries, fire houses, bifocals, butter churns, etc. This museum is great for people of all ages. A must see spot.
