There is so much history in Ellicott City, that I'd run out of space telling you of all of the amazing places. The must-see is the old post office, but even in this sleepy old town, there is a nightlife that includes dancing and karaoke.

In Little Italy, you get to experience real Italian cuisine in the heart of Baltimore. There isn't a place that I've gone to, that I haven't liked.

Sports

If you like baseball, Camden Yards is a great place to check out with the old brick rowhomes surrounding the stadium. You can still see people watching the games from their homes.

City advice

Getting around

Avoid West Baltimore at Night

West Baltimore is not safe in certain areas at night. All of the activities will be located in East Baltimore for you to enjoy Nightlife.
Ways to save

Museums on Tuesdays

Many museums and attractions have reduced pricing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Getting around

Lyft or Uber

Lyft is my personal preference since it's cheaper than Uber, but these are both the easiest ways to get into the city, so you don't have to worry about parking.
Getting around

City Scooters

Uber and Lyft offer inexpensive transportation within the city. You can rent any scooter you see lying around and move through the city in a fun cheap way. Just keep in mind these scooters don't have a way to hold your phone to use the maps.
Getting around

Public Transit

The bus line is located on Washington Blvd, approx .5 miles from the house. You can find the stop located across from Wendy's.
