Food Scene

They have a great slice and a pint deal! But the best thing of all is that it's not just good because it's pizza and pizza is always good, but this is damn good pizza. And there are excellent options for omnivores and vegetarians.

Let's just say it's good this is not within walking distance, or I'd have to spend a lot more time burning off calories. It's a very short drive or a great bike ride, though.

Parks & Nature

This is the best park I have ever been to anywhere. It's better than Central Park in NYC and better than the Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris. Yes, i just said that. It's true! Forest Park houses the art museum, the history museum, and the science museum - all of which are free and known as national/global leaders in their field. It also has the Jewel Box, the Muny outdoor theater, the Boathouse restaurant, the 1904 Worlds Fair Pavilion, tennis courts, handball courts, an outdoor ice skating rink, a 10k running/cycling path, stables for mounted police horses, baseball and rugby fields, virgin forest, and beautiful water features and landscaping throughout.

This is a world-renowned leader in the botanical world. It's worth it for the stroll, whether or not you are interested in the plants. If it's hot or cold, check out the climatron!

This is one of the coolest places you will ever go in any city anywhere. Just go. But wear sweatpants, not jeans or you won't go down the slides very fast.
