Neighborhoods

This is a beautiful area in Berlin with many renovated but old beautiful house (beginning 20th century), many individual little shops, special cafés and playgrounds for children.

This area is right near my flat and full of famous clubs such as Berghain, KitKat, Kater Blau etc. In addition, fleamarkets (e.g. at Boxhagener Platz on Sundays) and many small shops and second-hand-shops fill the area. To this, cool cafés with particular offers are added.

Food scene

In number 5 of this street you can find the (probably) best Arabic food in town (so my Arabic friends say): restaurant Casalot. They have brunch on Sundays as well as plates to share to taste their many delicious dishes.

Right next to my flat, a street with incredibly diverse food offers from all over the world.

Nature

This is an area, where I love to relax, picknick, slackline or swim with friends. Not far from the buzzing Friedrichshain, but an oasis of quiet nature.

Consider public transport passes

There are several options for public transport, e.g. 2-day-passes, which allow you to use it as often as you like. Public transport may seem a little complicated, but with the help of GoogleMaps you will find that it is actually really well connected throughout the city and has good frequencies until late evening.
