Hands down: my favourite park in London. A large and ancient park with over 320 hectares of greenery with beautiful ponds and woodlands. You genuinely feel like you could be walking in the countryside. When the weather is hot, there are swimming ponds perfect for taking a dip. And it is so easy to get via the overground line, only 15 minutes from Kensal Rise to Hampstead Heath.

Hands down: my favourite park in London. A large and ancient park with over 320 hectares of greenery with beautiful ponds and woodlands. You genuinely feel like you could be walking in the countryside. When the weather is hot, there are swimming ponds perfect for taking a dip. This station is a 10 minute walk from the flat. It is on the Bakerloo line and will get you into Central London in 20 minutes.
This overground station is a 3 minute walk from the house and will take you east or west. Shepherds Bush is only 10 minutes away on this line, where you will find Westfield, a big mall with major brands as well as Waitrose, a fine foods supermarket. If you head east, you can go to Hampstead Heath and many areas of East London.
