One of the best restaurants in New York. I went there for my birthday and loved it! We got the tasting menu, they were friendly ad accommodating and of course the food was superb. Undeniably great.

It's hard to find a really good, experienced butcher but these guys are it, with great cuts of meat also. Bear in mind they close early: 6:00 or so.
