In the Hyde Park area, Julio's Cafe is a slightly more upscale alternative to Tamale House or Tyson's. One of the few good breakfast taco places open on Sundays, and still under $7 per plate.

Juan in a Million is further afield, but absolutely worth the trip. On Austin's east side, you'll see some of the city's older neighborhoods, and the food is plentiful and dripping with cheese.
