Take bus 31 directly to the Arc de Triomphe, then stroll down the Champs Elysées. Don' miss the Vuitton Flagship Store at n°101. You can even catch the bus 80 straight back home (on avenue Matignon).

To get there easily & not with the rest of the tourist flow, Take bus 80 directly to "champs de Mars", which is the park facing the Tower. Climb it with the lift until 11PM in the fall/winter.
