Book before you go
Restaurants
Even in low season, I would try to book before you go to avoid disappointment. Some of the local restaurants are booked up even in winter months.
What to pack
Bring walking boots/trainers/wellies!
There are so many beautiful local walks, be sure to bring appropriate footwear!

The house has some spare beach equipment you are welcome to borrow. We keep it in the garage. Bring any equipment you would want to have at the beach - there are some of the best beaches in the UK just a short distance away.
