This the original brewery for Stone. The Beer Garden is classic and beautiful. Take a lazy afternoon and sit in the garden on Adirondacks, grab some beer (they make their own Root Beer too) and food and enjoy it all. I always take my guests to the Safari Park for the day, and head over to Stone for last afternoon eats and dinner.

Richard Blaise of Top Chef fame opened this amazingly good fried chicken restaurant next door to his high end sister restaurant - Juniper and Ivy. Crack Shack is likely the best friend chicken sandwich I have ever had - bar none. They make several different types along with seared ahi sandwich and grilled option. Border Slaw is delicious too. Nothing compares to their fries which are make in shmaltz. For those in the know - Ah!mazing. For those who don't - shmaltz is chicken fat. Little Italy - look for the giant chicken

It's not the best street tacos you'll have but it's a great way to eat them. Go to the poolside bar, order their street tacos $12 for 3 (mix and match, carne asada, chicken, fish,) and sit by the pool and enjoy the summer breezes with the flowing palm trees. Just a great way to have lunch and not to hard on the wallet.

Best forking true pizza in SD. It's usually a 45 minutes wait so prepare for that. really great food all around. But go for the pizzas from the brick oven. Then walk around Northpark, and have home made ice cream at Daily Scoop on Juniper. They have it all, it's a local business and a great way to end the evening.
