If you need basic supplies - but food supplies I would recommend Hartley Farm for a treat . There is a Coop which is a 5 minute walk along the Winsley Road which is a smaller one and much closer too

Im not saying the restaurant particularly but the grounds are an amazing place to walk all seasons. There is a big lake to walk around, great pub to warm up in.. A superb day out. 40 mins away

The Best Sunday Roast in town and very friendly staff. The Chef has earn Michelin stars in previous establishments so the food will not disappoint. Also great just for a drink - the wine is excellent.
