Parks & Nature

It's a beautiful park and National Trust site, about 30 minutes walk from the flat (a bit uphill). Entrance fee is £8 unless you are a member. The view is stunning, can be a good place for a picnic and it has a beatiful bridge. The way there is also worth seeing, a nice walk.

It is the nearest garden, beautiful and well kept, with deck chairs and a nice view on the river. It is also a good picnic spot, I sometime take my lunchbox there on sunny days.

Everything Else

The thing not to miss: I prefer to go at the end of the day, around 7 (it closes at 9.30 so this is the latest admission) and see the sunset from the roof top pool. It is very relaxing and beautiful place (although it depends on how many other people are there when you visit).
