Jake was Very accommodating this was our second stay. He had no problem with us staying another day when we had a change of plans. His house is Very clean he even has a nice Turtle and bottom-feeding fish that were so cute and not shy ☺️ we never got to meet the Cat though. He has Alexa in the living room which we enjoyed because it felt like a little concert. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is in a convenient spot (right in between the two rooms!) And his computer set up was cool and we’ve even seen what we believe to be a 3D printer?! 😎 which was Awesome to witness ! Thanks for having us Jake.. we’ll be back ! 🥳

Jake is very tech savvy & his place is really cool! He offers a lot of board games & a library in his home. He has a lot of cool features In his home including the friendly turtle in his aquarium 🥰❤️

Easy entry, great communication, great room!

Brian was very helpful as far as communicating quickly about being able to reserve his space. It was a last minute decision to stay one more night and he replied back leaving no room to worry about whether or not we’d have a place to sleep. Thanks Brian!

Brian’s place is great for a couple looking to explore the city. He offered lots of great information for tourist and the space had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for my daughter and I for her volleyball tournament weekend. Brian was great communicating quickly and you can tell he puts pride in his Airbnb.

Brians's Suite was exactly as it was pictured and perfect for what we needed for our trip to Raleigh. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town. The space was clean and accommodating. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and pillows. There was a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee pot with coffee, a PS3, a hairdryer, a really nice tv, cards, games, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap were also available as well as fresh towels. Check in was seamless and there was a TON of useful information in a binder that Brian put together about his space and everything local. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this space for anyone looking to stay in Raleigh.

Brian’s place was perfect. Private, clean and close to everything we needed in Raleigh. Brian was also a great host, communicating regularly and had everything we needed ready at the place. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a super host, a clean place and great privacy. Will definitely look into staying there again if we are ever in the Raleigh area.

Phil’s house was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Come prepared with toiletries like soap & toothpaste... besides that-This place is pretty perfect. The location is great & very walkable. I felt completely safe and did not have one bother. Philip was very quick in his responses to any questions I had. The house was comfortable & accommodating. Anyone complaining about the location is just uncomfortable being around unfamiliar black people. But if it makes you more comfortable, the neighborhood is “up and coming” AKA being severely gentrified :)

I would have to agree with another review on here, I personally wouldn't walk to downtown in this neighborhood however it is only a $5 or $6 uber to downtown this place is perfect visiting downtown and the host is great with communication.

Philip was a great host! Quick to respond and even greeted us via message the next morning to make sure our first night went well! I enjoyed the stay and would stay here again!

Perfect sized space for one or two people. Everything right there in the room, shower, coffee maker, fridge, and clean towels. Separate exterior entrance has a cute little porch to have a morning coffee. Comfy bed.

If I could give this place 7 stars- I would. Set in the perfection location with multiple eateries in close proximity. This place is clean and has a quaint vibe. In the event I return for an overnight stay in Raleigh, I will check here first.

Jay and Mary’s place is so beautiful. Check in is super easy because there is a key pad. They were communicative throughout the stay and even suggested a place for us to go to breakfast that was a short walk from their home. Everything was clean and organized. We even loved the adorable little decorations they had throughout the room. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft/not too heavy. I would definitely recommend Jay and Mary’s place to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay in Raleigh. If we are ever in town again, this will be the first place we will try to stay. :)

Jay and Mary’s place is in a really cute neighborhood. If you are traveling to raleigh to explore Id say you might want to either bring a car or stay a little closer to all the “stuff”. My fiancé and I ended up ubering every day. But it is such a good value, and so clean. They were very helpful with providing recommendations and were very communicative. My only complaint was that I wanted a full length minor. which is so minor I maybe shouldn’t even mention it! 10 stars if I could.

We came to Raleigh for a concert nearby. We chose Jay and Mary's place because it was in our price range, was in a fantastic location, and looked like a beautiful place to stay! We were suprised by how well put together the space was, and the thoughtful touches that were provided. Such as shampoo/conditioner, extra towels, cotton balls/swabs, snacks, oatmeal, etc. The location was perfect! Within a 10 minute drive of everything we wanted to do and see. Theres also a hub of great local restaurants nearby. I didnt personally meet the hosts, but my partner did and he said they were extremely kind and welcoming. Overall a fantastic place to stay! Will come again next time we take a trip up to Raleigh.

Cute above the garage apartment that's so close to everything. We never drove over 10 minutes to get anywhere. Very clean and quiet and they thoughtfully checked in on us periodically via text to make sure our stay met our expectations. Would book again.

Jame’s place was great! He was so responsive and had great communication during some uncertain times because of the quarantine but all ended well because of his great homey place! Would always recommend his cozy home.

Great apartment! It was clean and the bathroom had all needed amenities. I was surprised to see that the host had extra small details, like hot chocolate packets, q-tips, first aid kit, etc. Thank you for letting us stay!

If you're looking for something close to NC State, this is the place. Super reasonable rate, quiet and private; close to food and shopping.

Adam’s place is a great place, for if you want to get away for a few days. Great neighborhood, and close to some nice restaurants.

Adam’s place is perfect if you are planning for a short trip to Raleigh, NC, especially if you are visiting NC State University. I stayed at his place for three nights, overall I had a good stay.

The chickens are gorgeous and a green thumb to die for. If you’re looking for a peaceful oasis for a great value this is it! I’m very picky with my cleanliness so I was very impressed with the entire house. There are literally plants everywhere which really makes you jealous if you have a black thumb like I do but they’re absolutely stunning. A really cool place to stay! Nicholas is a great communicator and host without being overbearing and is thorough in explaining house rules and where everything is to make sure your stay is comfortable.

We would recommend this place to anyone, Nick is a stellar individual, we loved meeting him. He is really interesting, lighthearted and fun. The bed was comfy,the bathroom was spotless and it was a great value.

Amazing price for this space. It is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. Space is cozy and clean. I was happy to see there was both a trash can and a recycling bin. Most airbnbs I’ve stayed in have neglected to provide a recycling bin. Bed was comfortable and cozy.

This place was cute and cozy. After flying in super late, we ended up waking up way later than expected and Midge came to make sure we were ok and allowed us to check out late. Communication was great and she was always timely with her responses. I definitely would stay here again.

Midge is a fantastic host!!! I arrived late in the evening and had a difficult time locating the property but Midge was very accommodating in ensuring that I found the location. The condo is cute, has all of the necessary amenities, and is well stocked for a long or short term visit. If I return to the Raleigh area, I, will definitely stay again. The area is quiet and located near shopping and restaurants! Five ⭐️!

Easy check in and check out. Super clean and we could shoot Gregg a message at any point with quick response. Can walk to anything at five points. Super comfy king bed. Great screened in porch with a swing and view of five points. About a mile from downtown, so it was really easy to get around. One of the best we've been to.

Beautiful home! Awesome location, I loved drinking coffee on the porch swing. Sound machine was a great touch as well, went to sleep listening to the ocean, in a very comfortable bed with oh so soft sheets. Only thing that would have made it better was more time there.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location is perfect, we could walk right across the street to many different restaurants. The room was sparkling clean and Gregg was an excellent host.

Gregg's place was great. I was traveling alone and the guest suite was perfect. Private entrance with it's own porch. The keypad lock was very easy to use . The space was also very clean. Gregg's recommendations for drinking and dining are spot on. I hope to return soon.

Gregg's place is in a fantastic location, right across the street from restaurants, bars, and the rialto. Very convenient to downtown. The bed is super comfortable and the white noise machine is a game changer. Falling asleep to the sound of a thunderstorm was the perfect way to end an evening. Super easy check-in, great communication, and convenient location for a great value!

This studio was PERFECT for a weeknight getaway in Downtown Raleigh. Location was so close to everything right in the heart of downtown, street parking was a breeze and Uber prices were under $7 to get practically anywhere downtown to and from this location. Check In was a breeze and I loved the extra special and thoughtful touches I was greeted with upon arrival (I won’t spill the beans and ruin your surprise lol) The hosts were great, very friendly and provided quick responses. I will DEFINITELY book again and you should BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it :)

Beware! You will not want to leave this place. Pamper yourself and stay here. The studio is beautifully designed with high end furnishings and ample space. The bed and furniture is super comfortable; a huge tv that swivels to any angle, beautiful kitchenette and bathroom, and many more touches that show your experience is priority. The hosts are personable and helpful, yet respect your privacy. The location is quiet, yet central. Very clean, relaxing, restorative place to stay.

What a hidden “little 💎 Gem” such a simple but perfect weekend get away spot for couples. Rekindle Flames 🔥 Relax Disconnect from everyday hustle and bustle! Just what the doctor ordered. I Loved the visiting with the animals, reading the local books, sitting on the porch, cooking the fresh eggs, sitting by the outdoor fire pit, sitting on the couch with NO TV, and swinging on the rope and tire swing! Wish we had one more full day to play disc golf! I can’t wait to visit AGAIN, SOONER than later....

Me and 3 friends visited for a few days during our spring break from grad school and loved this place! Much more than just a place to lay our heads, the farm is an experience in itself. We loved the country feel, the small cabin homey-ness, and the property with the animals. I brought my dog and she was free to roam the farm, loving the freedom and fresh air. The location was perfect for some city exploring of either Raleigh or Durham while still having the relaxing setting of the country. Would definitely recommend this place!

Our family spent a relaxing, amazing weekend at the cabin! Check in and out were easy and informative. Robyn & Evan were wonderful hosts! The cabin had everything we needed with a great view, comfortable bed and beautiful rustic touches. Incredibly cozy and homey nestled in an exemplary farm when considering sustainability. Really impressed with how private the space felt even though the cabin was on a working farm’s property. Amenities were more than adequate, bed was very comfortable, and the amount of natural light that came into the cabin really took the cake for us.

This place is really what we were looking for. Quiet, beautiful, pieceful, cute, magnificent, splendid, stunning, lovely! Name it all, I got nothing to say negative about this place. We met the whole family including the pigs, goats and dogs. They are all super friendly, the kids are very cute too ☺️. We wish we had stayed longer!! If you are looking for a rustic cabin get away, this is the perfect place 🙏

What can I say about this space...first Lillian was literally a quick message away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and conveniently located to so many places. There are stairs, however when you open the door, you get more than you expect. There is no TV, however the ambience is so calming you wouldn't even care. I love the porch off the bedroom. Unfortunately because of the amount of pollen(boo, allergies) we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the birds chirping and the calming atmosphere. All in all, we will be back for sure! Not only because of our amazing host, but all the local eateries we were able to try out!

Only stayed one night, but we enjoyed Lillian's place. Having a private entrance with a lockbox check-in made everything very easy. There's no kitchen, but there's a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Great place for a couple. Very clean.

This top floor apartment is a DREAM! Lots of space, nice big walk in shower, a very comfy bed, and a beautiful balcony. Great for a single person or a couple. There is no kitchen but Lillian provides a microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, and utensils. I felt very comfortable, safe, and at home here :)

Super clean and ready for us. My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend away with my dogs. Kristin had some doggie bags and snacks set up for us, and the keypad description was exactly as she told us. It was a nice place to be at for a get away, and we only had one event to go see. We ended up hanging out and watching a movie in the place to relax too.

This place is in a great central location and very clean. We appreciated the small touches to make us feel welcome.

Our stay with Rebecca was very good. Quiet, beautiful room, with many amenities. Parking was a slight issue for us, however Rebecca was quick to fix this issue for us. Great stay overall!

This stay was unexpectedly perfect! It’s a guest space over a garage but it feels huge. It is right near downtown so getting an Uber was cheap and easy. There was also so many extras I wasn’t expecting. From spare toothbrushes to a hair straightener, this place literally had everything. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Raleigh!

Beautiful historic home just behind Hillsborough street, close to campus and bars/food and great proximity to downtown! Everything is extremely well thought out for a pleasant B&B style experience. Delicious fresh scones and coffee on the sun porch in the morning are a real treat! Can highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple

Midge was so accommodating to my changing travel plans related to Corona Virus. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Close to downtown and the airport. Unfortunate I didn't get to try out any of the local restaurants or attend the hockey game that got canceled, but I appreciated a clean place to stay and an understanding host.

This was a cozy little bedroom and bathroom suite in the back of the house, overlooking a fabulous garden with a patio you can sit on. Very homey. Steve and Trish thoughtfully stocked the fridge with milk which I used in my morning tea, and treats. They communicated responsively and were very accommodating. While I was there, Steve made a point to be very friendly and available, but at no time during my stay did I ever lack for a sense of having my own space. The neighborhood is calm, charming and an easy walk to restaurants and downtown. Great stay overall!

Steve and Trish were wonderful hosts, and the space was perfect for our weekend stay. The separate entrance has a key code lock which made check-in super easy. The neighborhood is so cute--I just wanted to walk around all day, but it's also an easy 15 minute walk to everything downtown. My only regret is it was too cold to sit out in the garden!!

This place was much more stylish than we expected! In a WONDERFUL neighborhood. It was way cleaner than any hotel we could have got! And the little touches were so thoughtful. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Raleigh area’. 15 minutes to downtown! My only complaint is the shower hot water is veryyyy limited. Shower fast LOL.

This place is absolutely amazing. The owners are very communicative, super friendly, and respect your privacy (but available if needed). They really have thought of every little detail to make your visit comfortable so you feel at home. The space is large, quiet, and it would not hyperbole to say the touches they've included of are easily on par with some of the best hotels we've ever stayed. If you are staying near Raleigh, you will NOT find a better space, let alone deal, than Joe and Doreen's.

The place was just as pictured, cozy welcoming, and relaxing. The Doreen and Joe really took the initiative to ensure that their guess would have a relaxing stay. I felt safe and welcome.d. The amenities were great, snacks and water were provided as well as detailed instructions for equipment within the apartment. They also included must-see places in Raleigh in their instructional guides. Everything was great! After spending time with my family throughout the day, I would come back to the apartment to relax and complete grad homework. The perfect environment to relax and work.

What a great place! It’s perfect for 2 people. Their place was spotless and very cute for a couple to spend a few nights. If you’re traveling to be in Raleigh, it’s outside of downtown, but it’s only a short drive to the downtown area. I tend to only stay with ‘SuperHosts’. Joe and his wife are new and there place is better than a lot of ‘SuperHosts’ I’ve stayed at. They will be ‘SuperHosts’ in no time. Thanks guys!!

My experience was AMAZING and I’ll definitely be coming back again. My stay was peaceful and quiet. The apartment was stocked with everything you may need. Beds were so comfortable, everything worked as it should. The bathroom even had a little light for the toilet. My stay was way more than i expected and i will definitely be returning. If you are ever in town i would recommend them 10000 times !!

Great location to downtown Raleigh! Comfortable bed, slept good. The games are an awesome touch, Jake has many to offer. Had to alter my reservation and Jake was very accommodating! Had some difficulty checking in but solved easily by Jake! Great host!

Space was super clean w/mini fridge and full freezer & Microwave in room. Sparkling bath & friendly cats. Sarah provided exceptional hospitality offering Coffee &/or tea with all the condiments. With such an amazing location only about 15min from downtown or to PNC arena & with such amazing restaurants within 1/2 mile I'll definitely be back if she's not booked! Restaurants: Everything from Jersey Mike's subs, Salt & Lime (Mexican), Saint Jaques (French), Chopt, Winston's Grill, Rise (Breakfast), Red Hot & Blue (Bbq), Metro Diner, &.... So many!

This place was great! Very peaceful and quiet. The host is very nice and will make you feel very comfortable while giving you plenty of space. Very nice coffee and tea selection. Plenty of clean towels and other items.. the shower has awesome water pressure!!.. i would definitely stay again!

Jarret and Mira’s tiny home was the perfect place to stay in Durham. We went for a staycation and never wanted to leave! Spending time in it makes you believe your in the middle of the woods with no one around. The place is adorable and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend the tiny house to others and would come back again!

10/10 experience. Very close to downtown while still feeling secluded. Perfect size for 2 people, would be tight with anymore. Mira was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Would love to stay again.

This little tiny house was a perfect getaway even for just a night. It was such a relaxing environment. My fiancée and I enjoyed the puzzles, coloring books, and bluetooth speaker that was provided. We spent the night listening to good music and chatting. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven.

Great place.

The stay was lovely. Well-decorated and clean house, nice area, great hosts. The dogs didn't bother me but I could see how they might be a problem if you don't like them. Of course it also says right there they have dogs. The breakfast foods laid out were an awesome touch and really made me feel at home. Overall an excellent experience!

Place was great

The airbnb room and bathroom are on its own floor and the hosts's room is on a different floor so you have a sense of privacy. The guest bathroom had extra toiletries if you needed any and I liked that the room had a tv with a guest account for those of us that don't have our own Roku or Netflix account. The hosts are a nice couple and Sarah gave me a great tip of another city to check out which I ended up doing!

David was an amazing host. His place is small and private but great for a quick get-away or mini trip to see friends and family.

This place was absolutely amazing. We spent a week there and had no problems. It was a great space for a great price. David answered texts promptly and was awesome. He also had a ton of bronco stuff, so my husband was happy. Will definitely stay there again.

Easy going and accommodating host! Very comfortable bed!

We were taking a stopover at Durham during a move to our next destination and David’s place was well-organized to relax overnight after a hectic move activity. We were well-taken care of and accommodated for our late night check-in. David was always responding on-time to help us plan and arrive reassured. The place was homey and our kid was excited to meet his friendly pet next morning.

Given the prices of hotels in the Raleigh-Durham area, this is an excellent find. David’s place is spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in and communication were incredibly easy. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is not far from a supermarket and restaurants. You have easy access to the washer and dryer, a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. The WIFI worked perfectly and logging in was easy. And the Netflix on the TV was already set up with a guest account! I had a very pleasant stay here and would highly suggest you take a look at it if you’re staying in the area. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Roomy, Great location near Eno river access spots and only minutes from interstate 85. Worked out perfect for 3day visit to NC.
