Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

The house is located in the village of Armolia, which belongs to the Mastichochoria of Chios. The houses are stone, traditional and built very close to each other. The village is known for the clay pots that its inhabitants have been creating for centuries. About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pastry shop, a cafe, a grill house, a traditional tavern, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and a health center, while the most beautiful beaches of southern Chios (Komi, Mavra Volia,...) are very close.
