We want to welcome you to home away from home! Our place offers a comfortable and spacious farm house feel in the heart of Rita Ranch. We are a 12 minute drive to the highway, Saguaro National Park, and the Pima Air and Space museum. Our neighborhood has a small park and Purple Heart Park is only a 10 minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants nearby including Fry’s grocery store, Ross, Walmart, Native, Denny’s, and more. We do allow a maximum of one dog for a fee of $60.

This custom home is located in Southeast Tucson in a community called Vail. You will love all the custom touches to include several upgrades and a beautiful inground swimming pool. Split bedroom plan with the primary separated from the other three bedrooms. The two back bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and there is another full third bathroom adjacent to the fourth bedroom which features a king bed. Large open living, kitchen, and dining space. Very spacious and peaceful.

NO EVENTS or PARTIES allowed. Pool heating is $50 per day to heat to 80 degrees
