Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

The kitchen is well supplied and has new cookware. The grill on the patio allows for outside cooking in the afternoon shade. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed. The bathroom has a tile walk-in shower and large vanity. *HOA requires tenants to be 55+, no exceptions. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PLEASE.
