The room is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Since I was traveling a lot during my stay in Stuttgart, I didn't meet Michaela, but the communication through Airbnb was great and check-in was easy with her instructions.

Eva's apartment is really very nice and I felt very comfortable. Subway and shops are just around the corner, the kitchen is fully equipped and the wifi is top notch.

Very clean and tidy studio. Would be great to have soap/shower gel. It is true that I wasn't able to open the curtains, as people from the street could see the whole flat if I would, but actually I didn't need to, so no issue for me. Very nice detail to have an umbrella, as it was raining and I forgot to bring mine.

This accommodation was ideal for my long weekend with my little granddaughter. I was able to reach my family on foot within a few minutes. The small apartment was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. If you don't want to use the kitchen - no problem, there are plenty of different ways to take care of yourself. I would inquire here again at any time.

Hanna is a very nice and accommodating host. The stay was very pleasant and everything was easy going. The room is nicely furnished/decorated, with a comfortable bed; everything was very clean. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were all clean and uncomplicated in using/sharing. It was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about a stay in Stuttgart (Vaihingen).

The apartment is only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn station. With the check-in everything went great! The apartment was sparkling clean and very well equipped! Communication with Sandra was also flawless. Can only be recommended! : D

Lovely clean basement apartment. Although it doesn't seem like a basement because it is very light inside. Everything was in beautiful condition and the place seemed like new. It is within easy distance of the S-bahn so very easy to get around. We used the S-bahn for the centre of town, and to visit Essingen and it was well worth it. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in Vaihingen which is a 20 min walk away along level ground so not difficult. Sandra was available when we arrived at around 23:30 so check in was very easy,. There is space available to park close to the house if needed. Just a couple of things to note....but nothing Sandra can do about it 1) I didn't see any shops, of any sort, close by. 2)The other is google maps which says the house is accessible directly from the walkway from the S-bahn, it is..... but only if you want to scale a 2.5m wall. Similarly it tries to route the car onto the same route, so watch out the 1st time you try to find the house, and use the actual turning from the route Don Carlos which is marked correctly.

I had a great stay at Eva's. I was only in Stuttgart for a night, the apartment was located just perfectly next to the IPA Fraunhofer Institute, so it was extremely convenient. The apartment is perfectly clean, and Eva is a great host, taking care of all even the small details like leaving some cookies and fruit for breakfast. Thanks a lot!

Carmen and michael were the perfect hosts, I arrived in Stuttgart with a friend of mine for the we. The location is perfect, nearby the campus but also so close to the city center! And Carmen is an excellent cook, her cakes are the best! You’ll be lucky to spend your time at their place!!

With Carmen and Michael I felt completely comfortable and welcome as a guest. The communication in advance was exemplary and the check-in was unproblematic. The rooms are friendly and clean and the service went well beyond what was expected. The apartment is right on the university campus and therefore ideal for my needs. I especially enjoyed the two cats in the household. If the opportunity arises I would come back anytime.

I can recommend it. Nice people, friendly room, all information is correct.

I’d like to let you all know, how excellent is Carmen and Micheal’s room. Clean, large and also a good scenery from the window. The house host are the best people you can imagine. They will offer you almost everything you need for a short stay here. There are also two lovely cats living there. In a word, definitely recommend! I want to visit again in the future if possible! Small but very fine accommodation, everything new, very thoughtful and furnished with style. I was very happy about the little details, as there were a few bags of instant coffee on site. The bed is very comfortable. The communication was impeccable and the check in works flawlessly through the code lock.

It’s 10 min walking from the S train station. I was staying there bc of proximity to pullman hotel where I was at the conference so for that purpose it was perfect, cheap, comfortable

I would highly recommend staying at Andreas’s. Vaihingen is a very nice and quiet residential area in Stuttgart with nice woods around. Andreas’s house is 5 minutes from the train station, which takes you in 10 minutes either to the airport or to the Stuttgart city center. There is a big mall just 10 minutes away on foot.

Andreas welcomed me very friendly, the accommodation was spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would take you back on occasion.

Andrea´s place is cozy and clean and very welcoming. I was in the area for an event at Filderhalle which is only a 15minute walk, and it is only 2 stations to the airport - so a really good location if you want to be near either of one, or both. Andrea is very friendly and helpful - I am looking forward to my next stay at her place!

If you are looking for something close to the lilac hall in a quiet corner and want to be nicely received then you are in the right place :) The bed is awesome, great to chat to before retiring and the bed is just comfortable and above all else big.

House in a quiet location even if two metro stops from the airport. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the station but it's easy. Bakery area and 3 comfortable and passing restaurants. Recommended.

I was with my dog on business in Stuttgart and found a very nice apartment. This is located in a quiet area in a dead end street. Night bans in Stuttgart guarantee a good night's sleep. The new sofa is more spacious than the one on the photo and very comfortable for sleeping. So I saved the nocturnal stairs in the sleeping area, this is, like the entire apartment, attractively comfortably furnished, equipped with everything and with plenty of space for longer holidays. The balcony completes the comfort. I am pleased that I can be back at Andrea next week.

Andrea is a great host! I had just moved to Stuttgart and I booked a two week stay in this AirBnb. I'm really impressed with the style of the house the the level of detail in the furnishing. It's actually better in person than in pictures! Also, Andrea herself is great: she's quick to answer any queries, she's very friendly and she provides everything needed. I needed an iron for my clothes for example, and asked whether there was one and she provided one within 15 minutes!

Andrea is a great host. What was important to me, she communicates / responds very fast. Her place is like being at home. Very thoughtfully organised home. You can find anything you need there. And its very nice sleeping on the second floor. So quiet. Small balcony with overview to the fields was my favourite place to relax during evening hours. All equipment is fully functional, there is a great very large Samsung LCD panel, which played all movies I brought along. Andrea, thank you -)

Stunning top floor apartment on top of a hill with great view of the city from 3 directions! I loved the skylights looking out over the hills and valleys of stuttgart. Very comfortable mattress, I actually want to know what brand it is, I want to buy one. The room is smaller, but bigger than it looks in the photos. You will have everythit you need for a very comfortable and peaceful stay in Stuttgart. I only wish I'd had more time to stay and enjoy the apartment. The host is lovely and very helpful. 5*! The only thing that may be difficult, travellers with a large suitcase should take a bus from the s Bahn, otherwise it is quite a steep climb up many stairs from the street below. But its worth it when you reach the top :)

Small bottles of water, a little chocolate, everything you need in the bathroom, if the wash bag has not found its way into the suitcase. An S-Bahn station almost at the door, fast at the airport / fair and almost as fast in Stuttgart. All in all, perfect for a few days in Stuttgart.

The small but extensively equipped basement apartment reminded me a bit of my student time. Quiet and with excellent transport links, you can also experience the proverbial Swabian thrift in the ambience. But everything you need and even a little nibble was ready! Very detailed tips from Stefan, who has taken very good care that everything works, although I could arrive late in the evening.
