Cozy Cottage was built in 1928 and includes antique accents throughout. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Walk through the small apple orchard and enjoy the deer herd that walks through in the morning and evening. Take a five-minute drive to downtown Vernal with easy access to Buckskin Hills Recreation Area, Steinaker State Park, Red Fleet State Park, McCoy Flats, Flaming Gorge, and Dinosaur National Monument.

Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
