Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated with attention to detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquility and space in this lovely cottage feels like a true experience, a place to dream away for a while!

Our log cabin Klein Meerzicht offers comfortable accommodation overlooking the meadows and the Paterswoldsemeer. The space is modernly decorated and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B.
