This place is a great choice for an extended stay and is good for work trips. The place is cozy and comfortable with the benefit of a kitchenette to cook your own food. All the amenities were top notch and I had a lovely stay at this studio.

This is one of the best place to stay on AirBnb , celebrated my birthday here with a small group of Friends, totally worth the money , good place for even your insta uploads and ,they even arranged bornfire on request, I got into an argument with the host Abhishek after booking ,regarding rules and regulations of the place and found him very rude but it was sorted out soon ,and it was nice that he dealt the situation with maturity , once staying there it was very hospitable and sweet of him to provide all the amenities. Highly recommended !! If you are a couple or a group of 4-5 friends !

Vicky's parents are great Hosts and make you feel absolutely at home. They went out of the way to assist me with whatever I needed in Sonepat starting from making Tea for me at 6 o'clock in the chilly mornings and providing hot water thereafter. The old couple doing everything in their capacity to make you feel comfortable. A great place to stay with a rural touch.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Vaibhav is a great host and there when you need him. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. I would absolutely recommend to stay there! The best part of this place is its ideal location. The place can be easily spotted and you can get all sorts of public transport very easily from there. The Rohini west metro is approximately 1.5-2km from Vaibhav’s place. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and filled with positive vibe. Vaibhav is very proactive and warm as a host. He makes sure that those who visit him are in total comfort and visit him and his place again. I will surely be at your place Vaibhav, next time when I visit Delhi.

Cleanliness? Check. Privacy? check. Super helpful and communicative hosts? Check. Check. CHECK. I was looking for a place to stay near NIT Delhi when I chanced upon this beauty on AirBnB. And I never had to regret my decision for a bit. Vaibhav was fabulously communicative from the word go and answered all my queries amazingly quick. As I reached late because of a delayed flight, his mom was generous enough to pick me up from the metro station as well ! The home-cooked food is fresh, filling and delicious, and personal preferences are catered to while arranging breakfast. Latika even packed breakfast for me as I had to catch an early morning flight :) The only downside would be the absence of a source of drinking water on the top floor. A dedicated place that would act as a laptop workstation would make things better, too. Else, the place is squeaky clean, and offers complete privacy to guest(s). Wish Vaibhav and Latika all the best with their venture and hope I can get to stay with them sometime again in the future. Much love !

Great stay

This is a great place to stay and relax. The house is full of positive reinforcements and Vaibhav is an excellent host. It’s clean, well maintained and all the amenities were provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for stay in Delhi and needs a homely space with interactive hosts and tasty breakfast!

Worth staying, great hospitality

Communication was very smooth between shiva and the family. His mother is a gem of a person. Loved the home cooked food, getting around is quite easy and without hassle.

The flat is really nice since it retains its majesty and hospitality of owners. They really mentained the guest's privacy. The flat is perfect for one guest and also well equipped. The complementary breakfast is delicious. I really enjoyed my days of visit.

Shiva’s apartment equipped with everything you need. Super comfortable bed ( just perfect ) Shiva is a great host ( his mom is a super sweet lady and available when you need her ) I had a great stay! Staying with Veena and at her place was great. Everything was clean, Veena and her son is very kind, they provide nice home made food and also communication is good and prompt. Although she doesn’t speak English she was trying to help anyhow with using translator and i was also lucky with the neighbor guest who speaks both English and Hindi so i got a great help in him. I can recommend the place definitely. But for short stays as I missed only access to daylight through a window or something.

The place is close to Karol Bagh which is one of the popular shopping place in New Delhi . Please remember to inform the cab guy to drop you in front of metro pillar number188 so you can easily locate the place . Also please read the instructions in the picture listed to get full details .Veena Aunty and her Son was very nice and attentive. And nice and helped me with the luggage’s too .You get your privacy here and also local transportation is easily available. Highly recommended this place if you are looking for a budget accommodation with good hospitality.

I didn’t think twice about booking this place and I definetly don’t regret it for a second ! It was my first trip to India + my first ever solo traveler experience and Avinash’s place was THE best choice. First because his knowledge about the city with the help of his kind brothers were very much appreciated. And also because from the airport to the duration of my stay Avinash and his brothers stayed available to answer any of my queries/needs (which was truly amazing!) and made me confortable for as long as I was with them. They even offers different tours of Delhi or « local » experiences that are very well organised and very much useful as I found Delhi a bit hard to tackle ! The place is situated a bit far from the city center but is easily reached by the metro and is a very quiet and safe neighborhood so I loved the location for this. Overall, my stay at Avinash’s was truly amazing and clearly unique !

The room is what is advertised , has all the elements to be comfortable . The house is far from the city center but is well connected to the metro , so you can reach easily to the main spots in Delhi. Avinash and his family are very welcoming and supporting . As a female solo traveler their recommendations and support help me a lot to move around . The complimentary food is a good taste of local family meals . I recommend the experience specially for those first timers in India

Great hosts. Location is near a metro station. General shops are at a walking distance. Sanchit, Vikas and Avinash were very responsive. Would love to stay there again and recommend to my friends.

Avinash’s place was great to stay in Delhi: it takes some time to get to the main sightseeing spots but it’s very well connected with metro, the station is just 10-15 minutes away (3-5 minutes if you take tuktuk). There are grocery shops nearby too. We had towels, wifi, hot water in the shower and access to filtered water in the kitchen. The area is very quiet and safe for Delhi. Avinash is a great host who gave us tips about what to do in Delhi and very detailed explanation of how to get to his place, he was always very helpful and replied quickly. His partner Jignesh is an amazing cook and they have a great menu so you can always order something. Wish we had more time with them! If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay in Delhi it’s a great choice.

This place is amazing! You will have a lt of fun there, in a nice Ambiente and with cool people. Avinash and Jignesh will do everything to make you feel home and welcome. They hang out with you or show you good places. I loved it there! Jignesh is an excellent chef and so nice, he will do everything to fill your belly with the best food! its a nice home in a quiet locality. its well connected by public transport and guests can expect hassle free commuting. there is no TV but a decent wifi exists. all important shops selling things of daily necessities are only meters away and add to the ease of stay. AC in the main room on ground floor is a bit small for capacity but its good in other rooms. chef is great and five star standard actually. host is helpful and thoughtful. i would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rohini in a decent budget.

We were traveling for two months in India and our first stay when we arrived must have been at Tarun's house, however when we arrived at the airport we took a taxi and the taxi driver told us that it was impossible to arrive because of protests as we did not have a phone He offered to lend us the cell phone and dialed us Tarun's number, which he did not call another person who impersonated him. With this deception he offered to take us to a travel agency where they almost scammed us because of that we didn't want to take anything in that place ... in conclusion if they go to India twnga care when they arrive ... at the end of our trip we say try again stay with Tarun and it was an excellent option the apartment is beautiful is equipped to equipped with everything and has an independent entrance apart from that the parents of Tarun are excellent people and attentive .. I highly recommend it ...

It was a great stay overall. Very smooth communication. Only issue I had was with the internet, which was spotty. So if it is extremely important then beforehand find out if the WiFi is working properly. The host was simply amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. Would like to stay here again. Oh yes another thing is the location, which is simply great, only five to seven minutes walk to the Ramesh nagar metro.

Avinash and Sanchit are great host. We came in at really odd timings and they were there to receive us and greet us. The place is clean and is value for money.

I was the first guest of this place, and it was an honour. I was not in the best of circumstances and was helped in every way. The place is ran by Avinash partnered with Jignesh and Sanchit. All three are very lively, open, amiable and available people who will pass by to chat, and who are very much willing to show you around. They can give you a lot of information if you need it. They really cared for me to have the best stay possible. Jignesh cooks on request for the guests. He is really good at it. It was such a relief to have great food at more than reasonable prices so easily available. You can still cook your own food if you want to(why would you?). The beds are comfortable and the place is good looking, well thought-out and set in a quiet neighborhood, which can be a problem in cities like Delhi. I am very curious to see how they tweak the place further.

We had a really nice stay.

Great place to stay in Pitam Pura. Entry to the building was secured by a guard who is there 24/7. The kitchen and the common spaces are very nice and kept clean as well. The sitting room had air conditioning which made it nice to relax after a long day of exploring. Dr. Harish was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Sadly I didnt try any of the food they had available as my timings during my stay were a inconsistent. However there is a kitchen with all the pots and pans to make a nice meal at home. There is also a grocery store Weedo right around the corner. Which makes picking up pantry items like butter, rice, bread and spices very convenient.

The place was sparkling clean, located centrally and good eaters around, i strongly re-command this property.

There is a reason Veena has so many good reviews, because her home is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is huge and comfortable, the room is cleaned daily, the complimentary breakfast is very yummy indeed. Though you are in a family home, there is a lot of privacy. The location is also convenient for the metro, about 10-15 minutes walk. This is New Delhi so there may be (very brief) blackouts, air pollution and a few mosquitoes. But I enjoyed my stay very much, and I highly recommend it. Thanks Veena!

Veena and her son Himanshu treated me very well, the homemade Hindu food a delight. The only thing for me was very far from the center, where I always like to be.

Jatin was an amazing host and has an excellent property at a premium place. The property is very well-furnished and is easily accessible to Pitampura and Rohini. The caretaker Mr. Pankaj has the midas touch when it comes to cooking. He charges minimally for a day and you can leave all your hassles to him be it cooking, groceries, cleanliness etc. - Mr. Pankaj is the guy. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely return here!

First of all, I would like to note the convenient location of our housing. Metro is a five minute walk. Near shops, markets, pharmacies. Housing itself is a very comfortable apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with spacious beds, lounge, shower, toilet. And also everything you need for complete comfort: a refrigerator, all the necessary things for cooking, a TV, Wi-Fi, a microwave, heaters, a filter for drinking water. But the most important thing is the atmosphere of the house that the owners created. The interior of the apartment is striking in its sophistication and completely immerses in the atmosphere of India. All interior items are selected with special attention to detail and are exquisite and beautiful examples of folk art. Thanks to the owners, we managed to avoid most of the problems. Attentive, tactful, always ready to help. They helped us with building the route for the day, gave valuable directions on places to visit, and helped plan trips to other cities and solve other organizational issues. We were lucky enough to try real Indian home-cooked dishes that the hosts treated us to, and we also learned how to cook them under the strict guidance of the hostess. Shortly before departure, the hosts invited us to dinner with family friends. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food, songs and talk about the legendary and timeless Indian films. We came to India to admire its treasures. Now we know that the main treasure of India is The People. We arrived at the place to stay, leaving as if from the house of close friends.
