Safe Area - Top floor (7th) tiny apartment

Centrally located top floor tiny apartment. 24h generator electricity. AC and hot water. Has a very nice L shaped balcony with a view of the mountains, the sea port and the Beirut skyline. Elevator is available 18 hours a day, in addition to government electricity hours which could make it 24h a day! The AC has a consumption counter and I usually charge extra for anything that is above normal consumption (4.5Kw/day), as some guests tend to go crazy with the AC use.
