A great place and a great host! It's a bit too far to walk around (35 minutes walking to the nearest restaurant) so you will be better with a car.

We loved this location of this hidden gem - away from the hustle and bustle, great restaurants and beaches near by and close to all the things we wanted to see and do (diving, rum tasting, hiking etc) accomodation itself was lovely, very comfortable and clean! All that you want and need to explore Mahe. You definitely need a car! Thanks Juliette and Bernard!

We loved this house. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to do a lot of cooking. The house was sparkling clean and gorgeous. You can see the ocean from the pool- such a beautiful property!

J & B were helpful and friendly hosts in many ways, for example, allowing us to check in early. The villa is spacious and clean with great ocean view from the large veranda. The area is very quiet, but with several restaurants not too far away. And it is only a short drive to some of the best beaches on Mahe.

Do yourself a favor and just book Marie Anne’s place! The space itself is absolutely stunning, with an amazing view and the most thoughtful touches to enhance your vacation in little and big ways, from amazing decor to eggs and bread ready for your first breakfast. The information you get is invaluable, especially the bit on entering immigration. All local tips were spot on, from beaches to food to rental cars. Janet is on site for any questions and is an absolute gem. Couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more and I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when I return to Mahe.

Ti La Kaz is a wonderful apartment of the highest quality. The views from the main balcony over the Indian Ocean are stunning. It is large and extremely comfortable with a large, soft bed. The furnishings are of the best quality. Well equipped kitchen. The added bonus was the free laundry service. It is much easier to hire a car to access the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Janet, who is on site, is always on hand to help. Margaret is her right hand woman. They make a great team. Thank you to all.

You will love staying in Marie-Anne's wonderful loft apartment. Book it immediately (if you still have the chance). The wonderful, expansive view of the Indian ocean in front of you is amazing. What a way to wake up, to open the curtains, gaze out, and just dream. The apartment is wonderfully spacious, which gives a sense of tranquility and calmness and gives it a cool feeling when outside the temperatures are tropically hot, as does the wonderful air-conditioning too, of course. It is perfectly situated, just 15-20 minutes south of the airport; the southern part of the island has in our opinion, the loveliest, unspoiled beaches (why we loved being in the south). We loved the special, stylish touches in the apartment, the lovely huge, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower to cool down and rinse off that beach sand/ feeling at the end of another magical day in paradise. It's best to have a hire car, that way you can make the most of all Marie-Anne's local 'insider' tips for the best beaches, excursions etc. (thoughtfully provided and printed out for you). You can park it safely, just next to the apartment. Tip: read all Marie-Anne's instructions together with her apartment information, in advance, you will even find wonderful tips for car hire etc.. So, if you are still hesitating, stop that immediately, and just go ahead and book.

We were lucky to find this lovely place to stay here for a week before going to the outlying islands. The entire premises are gated and our big studio apartment is on the second floor, you will feel very secured here. While we go out most of the time for our lunch, we always had our dinner here as the kitchen is well equipped for many different ways of cooking. I appreciate especially that some of the essentials were provided (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar even onions and garlic) and if not, the very helpful housekeeper Janet could lend to us. There was no laundry machine in the apartment but Janet provided us laundry service (didn't expect that!) which was just wonderful. Marie-Anne has taken care of us long before the start of our stay. Her written guide of Mahe was very useful to us and we followed many of her tips. In person, Marie-Anne is cheerful and friendly. We really enjoyed this stay!

The loft is absolutely amazing. Don’t look any further, and book, you will not regret. The location and value for money are exceptional. The service you will get is second to none and better than in many hotels. We loved everything but a few things than we have to mention are size and comfort of the loft, great recommendations on what to do and see from the host and first class service from Janet - the house keeper. You won’t get this service in the hotel!!! We miss it already and we only left this morning.

We stayed four days the loft. It's a wonderful accommodation for a family of four. The loft is beautiful and Marie Anne and the housekeeping team are perfect to satisfy all your needs both in terms of logistic and in terms of helpful advice. The loftis overlooking a small beach where the sun rises and you have the most wonderful vision you may think of. The beach is very nice and maybe not top for Seychelles standards, but top for anyone else standards. The house has all the facilities you need for breakfast and even dinner as there is no real restaurant at a walking distance. Bathroom is huge and the shower is the dream you've always dreamt of.

This place was just a dream, the cleanest Airbnb I ever stayed in. Whatever you touched or used was 100% clean. It smelled fresh and flowery. Our arrival was very personal and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The view from the balcony was amazing. Once again thank you and please guys book this Airbnb. You will love it.

My husband and I stayed at Sandra's for the first part of our honeymoon in the Seychelles. The apartment is appointed with all the essentials, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, chatting and reading outside on the balcony as we watched the ocean, birdlife, geckos, and people. Sandra was a wonderful and welcoming host and was even so kind as to meet us on Christmas night when we arrived to hand over the keys and show us everything in her home. She also provided us with eggs, milk, bread, tea, coffee, and fruit on arrival which was very helpful the next morning. She very kindly invited us to celebrate New Year's Eve with here and although we weren't able to make it, we were so touched by the invitation and warmth!

Superb very spacious airbnb, all in wood with very beautiful sea view! Ideal with children! The hosts are very friendly! They cooked for us a local dish and saved our passports by transmitting them to the boat company when we had forgotten them in their safe! I recommend !

Every morning during my 5 day stay on a solo self-healing trip, I watched the sunrise from the apartment’s balcony. There’s a perfect view of the ocean, the small village, island jungle, and the sun’s epic rise. At the same time, there’s a showering of the healing sounds of nature as the island begins to wake up. It’s beautiful. I highly recommend visiting Duniam’s listing. They are kind, accommodating, informative, and gracious.

The property exceeded all of our expectations! Our highlight was the balcony with a fantastic view from which we could never get enough. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes' walk away where you can buy the most necessary things, otherwise the “city center” is also within walking distance. Even a small beach is only a stone's throw away. The two hosts are super friendly and warm. On the last evening we “booked” a dinner from Roy. It was the best meal of our vacation - don't miss it!

Tastefully designed apartment with stunning views. Roy was incredibly helpful in suggesting activities and helping arrange adventures. We were able to book a car through them with easy drop off and pick up at a reasonable price. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many beautiful non touristy beaches in the south. 11/10! Would stay again when back in Mahe.

I had a great time in Chalet Losean. The apartment is really clean, the interior design is beautiful and I felt like being in a tree top house. To wake up to this incredible sea view was a great experience, I wish I could have stayed longer. Lovely and helpful hosts!

We had an amazing stay at Healing Islands. The view is mindblowing, the Chalet super clean, well equipped with everything we needed - and that’s why we love it. The hosts are putting a lot of love into details and we felt really well looked after, but at the same time u have the the privacy u need. We were allowed to stay in the detached house in the top apartment. Everything was just right, from the equipment, the furnishings, the atmosphere, the view ... we had a great time there and can only recommend the accommodation. Roy cooked Creole for us, it was wonderful!

Thank you for the hospitality! The accommodation was very clean, the hosts very warm and tried hard. The location is a bit quieter which we enjoyed a lot. Rental car is recommended, the host family organized it was very good. During our travel time, the water on this side was very calm, great for snorkeling and swimming. On the other side of the island there are more beautiful bays but very high waves for swimming rather difficult. There is a lot to discover on Mahe, at least 5 days are recommended.

With Jimmy, the three-day stay was really great. Very hospitable and entertaining. Jimmy gave us very good tips about our vacation and we were happy with our room. He conjured up a great dinner with fish salad and typical Creole sauce. I recommend this room to everyone. Car is definitely required for this accommodation.

Lina's place is off the main road so is quiet and has a good views it is up a hill. We felt safe and welcome. Jimmy lives downstairs and is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and we even had one of Jimmy's authentic fish dinners and it was very very good. If you have a car, the hill is no problem at all.

A perfect, impeccable apartment and unsurpassed human treatment ...

Perfect modern and spacious apartment for a quiet and relaxed holiday experience. The sea view and sunrises are incredible, open air living space was roomy for both of us, the patio was perfect for breakfast meals and coffee, and the kitchen was great. A long and steep walk up the hill from the beach nearby but it's worth it. If you go to the beach at the bottom of the hill be sure to look for the wandering coconut vendor! A/C in the bedroom area only but the fan and night breeze was comfortable. Local grocery and restaurants very near in two directions for supplies. Excellent and timely communication regarding the booking and all our island questions. My only suggestion is to bring your own towels.

Amazing villa, highly recommend. Exactly as described. Spacious, clean and offers stunning views. The bed is comfortable, there’s AC in the bedroom. The shower works perfectly and there’s a washing machine for doing laundry. Beryl and Holden were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night and got a warm welcome.

Doris and her husband are great hosts and the apartment is super nice, everything you need with an amazing view over the mountains and the ocean. Do rent a car to get up to the hills where the place is located and to reach everything in hilly Mahé easily. Doris also gave us a hint where to book a car. We appreciated that Doris' husband took care immediately when the Wifi wasn't working properly. He solved it within minutes. The fridge is in the same room as the bed so if you can only sleep in silence, do pack earplugs. Everyone who works with or for Doris is lovely and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Great stay, very clean and very attentive

Doris and Mike were great hosts! Starting with the very easy check-in process Doris made our 13 days staying there unforgettable. The apartment was in great shape and very clean. The room was big and comfortable and we had breakfast for our first day. All people there were really helpful with all the questions we had and made us feel really comfortable. Please note that having a car - ideally automatic - will make your life so much easier since the apartment is quite a long way up the main road. Walking there, especially at night can be challenging. Overall a great stay and I would recommend Doris' apartments without a second thought!

We had a great stay with Doris and her husband Mick. Arrival is easy thanks to the signs installed from the Savoy Hotel roundabout. Doris is present for the reception and the first contact is very easy. The apartment conforms to the descriptions and the photos, very clean in both the private and common areas (courtyard, swimming pool and swimming pool). It goes up steep for 700 meters to get there, but it is good even on foot ... bus stops 1 km from the apartment to go to Victoria in 10 to 15 minutes, then all possible connections all over the Mahe Island. Doris gladly provides the information sought and does everything to facilitate the stay.

Doris and her family were really helpful and friendly and provided us with good help whenever needed. The place was wonderfully well maintained and we could not think of anything that we were missing during our stay there. Would definitely highly recommend the place.

This place has alot of charm. It’s good located (but I recommend a car). It is not a new house but it worked fine. Would be nice with an air con in the livingroom. There was a lizard that lived in the livingroom wich the kids loved! At night the dogs bark. Woke us up a couple of times, but over all we had a lovely stay.

Very nice house, perfect for a family with small children. Baby equipment such as chair, bed etc. available, and also some toys and English books. Very friendly host and staff - extremely helpful. Lovely tropical garden, which we used a lot. Mosquitoes were not a problem. One thing to be aware of, is that even though the local beach is nearby, you have to walk along the road with crazy traffic and there is no sidewalks - which is not very nice with small children. Though, there are many very nice beaches close to the house, which can be reached by car. So we definitely recommend to rent a car. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back. We will definitely recommend to rent this house.

Thank you so much to Marie-Anne and the team for making our holiday in December 2019, a memorable one. Ti la Kaz was spotless and when you take children abroad this was an important factor for us. Throughout our stay the daily cleaning (except for Sunday’s and B/H) of Ti la Kaz was done to a high standard. Great local amenities, shopkeepers and bakery staff were friendly. Advisable to hire a car if you’re travelling with children. As self catering accommodation, our experienced was that it’s cost effective to eat local take away than cooking. A secluded position in beautiful shady garden, but closeto all local amenities, bus routes, supermarkets and ATM! Also very close to beach. Accommodation had pretty well everything you could require and parkingif you needed it.

I recommend this address for several reasons: the warm welcome of Maryse, the sharing of the fruits of her beautiful green garden. The house and its two apartments are located in a popular area very close to the beautiful Anse Royale beach, where swimming is easy for families. There is a grocery store 50m away, on the coastal street there is a currency exchange office, a few restaurants, a bakery, take away, bus stops for the north or south. Maryse's apartments are well equipped, quite spacious and very clean, quiet area, no traffic. We spent 10 days there and have fond memories of it.

With her Apt, Maryse offers a wonderful place for everything that can be experienced on Mahé. Also an insight into the typical country furnishings. Everything is furnished quite simply and it lives through the intense friendliness. And the air conditioning in the bedroom was a wonderful gift in the hot, humid December. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay. Maryse is very helpful and kind and we loved the garden and quiet at night. The location is perfect for a 5 minute walk to Anse Royale which is a beautiful beach with calm water great for swimming and relaxing. A further 10 minute walk on the road along the beach leads to a good place for snorkelling with plenty of fish. There is a little corner shop a couple of minutes from the property and the main road by the beach offers some nice restaurants and a lovely fish shop which is great if you fancy cooking on your own. Recommended

Beautiful beachside location, excellent snorkelling either side of the bay. Plenty of local amenities. Accommodation is lovely, spotlessly clean and just perfect for us. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the lovely staff too, who were so helpful.

If you want a stylish place to stay, if you want to walk 20 seconds before dipping in the sea, if you like calm places and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed, this accomodation is perfect.

the "fleur de sel" apartment is wonderful, large, well-equipped and perfectly clean. anne laure and her staff have always been very kind. will definitely be back .... highly recommended

Great accommodation and location right on the water. Also great experience with staff with daily cleaning of the villa. We could easily go for a swim / snorkel or a paddle with the kayaks available for guests. We could also go for a walk on Anse Royale from the water side, which is great. Nearby options at Anse Royale include a supermarket, a local market, restaurants and a gas station just a quick 2 min drive or 10 min walk away. One thing to note however is that this is a set of four individual villas, and from our bedroom we could hear our neighbors in theirs.

We had an excellent stay at Anne-Laure's place. We arrived a day late, and were still greeted upon check-in and shown the place. Everything was clean, and the place was comfortable. The location is great and it was great to have parking on site. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch overlooking the water!

We had a great time. The apartment was clean and very good located. The staff was amazingly friendly.

In one sentence : we absolutely enjoyed this location from first to last moment. The house is on a good location, directly at main road and just outside (500 meter) Anse-Royale. There are plenty options for dinner, take-away and cooking your own meal. The house contains everything to make your own dinner. The check in was good and on time, we got all information about the house. The bed is amazing with the look on the garden and ocean, lovely to get awake with the sound of the waves. If you like to snorkel: it looks rough to enter the sea from the yard but while you swim out a bit(based on your experience as a swimmer and fins help a lot) you can find at 50-100 meter from shore a lot of fish, there is no living coral but you find some rock formations with seagrass on it. Definitely word it to check out! In the daytime you can use the beds which are provided for each house. Also it is lovely to sit and watch the bats fly around(they are big)! Because mostly the wind is not on the terrace you can easily sit outside till midnight without getting it cold! First days the other houses full and we experienced some water pressure issues. However if you wait just 5 or 10 minutes it works very well. Even when you take in consideration that water in general a huge topic is at the Seychelles then it is not such a issue. Overall we loved this place very well, beautiful garden, great view over the sea, not to far away from Victoria. If you like the relaxed area without a lot of traffic then this is definitely a good place.

Fantastic house, very well equipped and sparkling clean... we highly recommend it.

Everything was good, but there are things to note. 1. The nearby beach isn't good for swimming, so one would probably need a car to go to a better beach. 2. While the two bedrooms we used has air conditioning, the living room isn't air conditioned. 3. The roof is metal and there is no sound insulation, so if it rains, it gets loud. We were OK, but some people might have troubles sleeping when it rains.

We had a wonderful Lessly stay Lessly and her sister listened to us so that our vacation with our three children went as smoothly as possible The house is very comfortable and the garden has an incredible view. I recommend

Very nice place with stunning views. We stayed at Lessy’s place with two little kids, the house is very well equiped (also all kids stuff is there). Lessy is very hospitable and helpfull. I would definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful, quiet villa with a fantastic view over the Anse la Mouche. Great equipped. A lot of power adapters available. Even a luggage scale was helpful in the inventory. ;-) The kitchen is equipped with everything the inclined cook needs. A very nice fridge / freezer combination makes the hot life on Mahé twice as bearable. : D Very good beds with mosquito nets. The bathroom is functional and even equipped with a washing machine, but could be a little brighter. The only criticism is that there were unfortunately no ceiling fans besides the AirCon. But that is already whining at a high level. I would use this property again ANY time. Also regarding the good communication with the host and her sister on site. Bottom line: The accommodation is absolutely worth the money and I enjoyed it a lot.

Lessy's Seychelles home is a true dream home! Despite bad weather in our second week of vacation we enjoyed the holiday in the accommodation - even in the rain we could enjoy the huge terrace and the great view over the bay Anse la Mouche. The time passed much too fast ... every evening we could watch the flying foxes that were flying through the garden. The refreshing garden shower made for a cooling on hot days. The house offers everything the self-catering heart desires: a generously equipped kitchen with spices, tea and all conceivable Kücgengeräten such as rice cooker, microwave with grill function, toaster, kettle and much more ... We traveled together as a couple and stayed in the large double bed. The house offers two more rooms, for example, good for families with children offer, as well as separate beds are available or a total of two bathrooms. The equipment of the entire house exceeded our expectations, a Wii, a DVD player and a games collection provide even in bad weather for entertainment. Fantastic bays and shops as well as in our opinion the cheapest and most varied fruit / vegetable stall are right down the main street nearby. We would still recommend a car for driving to the house, because the bus does not run too often or irregularly. Do not be scared of the adventurous approach, the location of the house makes up for a steep and curvy ride up the mountain. On our next trip to Seychelles we would definitely stay at the Seychelles house again! A big thank you goes also to Lessy's sister Sultan, who has made the handover with us and for my husband's birthday on request, a great birthday surprise has organized and decorated!

Many thanks to Lessy for allowing us to use the house. We liked it very much. Especially the cleanliness and the equipment were outstanding. Lessy's sister Sultan welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always responsive to all our concerns. The fisherman in the area you can always fresh fish to prepare. The highlights of the island are easily accessible from the house and the food supply is secured by local stalls and small shops. Although the steep driveway to the house is a small challenge the first time, after a few other steep roads and driveways you quickly get used to it. The directions from Lessy are very helpful even in total darkness and rain. Top house, great location and we will be back. Greetings from Potsdam

I can recommend the accommodation of Lessy to 100%. We felt very well in this beautiful spacious house with a fantastic view! The house is very well equipped, clean and in a great location. Lessy has dealt very attentively with all questions and answered in detail and helpful. 10 stars!

Honestly, Ash is the best host EVER. Before we arrived, our flight was delayed one whole day, 24 hours. All I had to proof the situation was a screen shot, full of tiny Chinese words, I don’t think he understand what it says at all, but he just wiped the rent and everything of that day, and made a refund to me, which is really appreciate:) During our stay, I realized that I didn’t bring any local charger with me, I was just about to go and buy one, then I found a patch panel in the bedroom that can charge probably 5 devices at the same time:) After our stay, we were already check out, still got a message from Ash, ask that if everything was okay with us, I just want to say THANK YOU again, the stay was GREAT and it was very nice to meet Ash:)

Luxurious self catering apartment right on the marina, inside a gated community in an island. Everything as described. Our family of 3 enjoyed the couple of days in Mahe. First day was completely rained out and we spent the whole day in Ashkan's apartment and absolutely loved it. Ashkan is a great host and his apartment has everything one needs. One small travel tip: most of the boats to the nearby islands( Cerf, St Anne, Round and Long) leave from Eden Island(from the public Jetty near Maharaja Restaurant). If it is a sunny day then go in the morning for half-day/full-day trip for snorkeling, island hopping and beach barbecue. One can walk from the Round island to Long island when the tide is low in the morning. We did the trip with Micheal(his glass bottom boat name is Dolphin Nemo) and loved it. There are so many other boat operators, you can find in the net.

Ideal place for a first acquaintance with the Seychelles. Comfort, thoughtful details and an electric grill made our stay perfect =) The territory resembled a botanical garden with wonderful and clean beaches. Next time we will definitely come back here to start!

This is an absolutely amazing airbnb!!! It all the amenities that you can imagine, from high end appliances, washer, dryer, toilet with a bidet, a large, open deck area with outdoor ceiling fans, outdoor grill.... so many wonderful amenities!!! There is a grocery store and shopping center 7 min away by foot or 3 minutes in the electric golf cart that comes with the apartment! There are 4 beaches to chose from in Eden Island and the grounds have beautiful, tropical plants thriving everywhere! Our host gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to use the golf cart upon check in and check out was a breeze, keys were dropped off at the main gate registration. I would highly recommend this stay, it was worth the 10 hours we spent there!

Really great space!! Very comfortable and nice, with great views. Eden island in general is quite nice and a good place to be, especially when staying on Mahe for any length of time. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's quite simple to get to Victoria as well. Definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Kaz Bulinger. The place is amazing and Arno is a fantastic host. We received some great tips on where to go and where to eat. And Sara was a star keeping the place tidy and clean. The island is so beautiful. We would highly recommend staying at Kaz Bulinger :-)

It is very nice apartment with beautiful view ! Arno is very friendly and helpful. It was amazing that there was housekeeper Sarah coming every day clean apartment! Never before happening to us in Airbnb. Pool is very nice and clean. You can swimming there and watch beautiful sea. In the evening there is nice light show in the pool! We have use Airbnb in few years and travel all over the world and Arno’s place is best! Apartment was very big because we were there only two people. Highly recommend ! It was very difficult to leave that beautiful view....

It has been an amazing apartment, with beautiful views and so many cute birds. All rooms were fantastic. The apartment is so much better than the uploaded pictures. There was a hairdryer missing, next day Arno has bought one! He is a great host. The place is also very safe because it is located away from the busy area. It is a great place to relax for families. Only little thing which was missing were small lunchboxes where you can pack some food for your small trips in Mahé . But all in all it has been amazing and we would love to stay again if we fly back to the Seychelles.

This was absolutely amazing! The place is SO clean - like SPARKLING clean! There are beach towels there for you as well. The bed is very comfortable and the AC works like a gem!! I stayed here by myself and I felt so safe. Juliette is amazing and her family is so sweet and welcoming!! All in all the stay was amazing, my favorite part was Izzy!! Little cutie and sooooo sweet! I stayed here and then paid the day rate to go to the Four Seasons and enjoy the beach... DO IT!!!! I was a little confused how to catch the bus the first day (maybe poor research) so if you are reading this and catching the bus to the Four Seasons when you make your way to the road you can turn Right or Left and catch the bus on that side. IF you go right you will catch the bus ACROSS from the bus station area (bench and covering) a little bit down (closer to the Air BnB). If you go the Left it's wayyyy closer! Super simple to catch and the locals helped me out. There is a hill, a steep one, but honestly everyone could use a workout! I did catch a taxi up, but always walked down. If you are able to RENT A CAR - wayyyy cheaper than taxis and pretty simple. I was only there for a couple of days so I did not rent a car, but just do it! This is an amazing place and a bang for your buck - it's so cute and clean! When I come back I will be staying here again!

Juliette and Bernard’s place is even better in person! Huge windows, sparking clean, and lovely touches. We were so glad we chose to stay there!

Juliette was quick to reply from the very beginning and send us all the details required for immigration/car rental/local tips even before I had to ask. She even went the extra mile to let us use the spare room because we requested for late check out :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. For anyone who's visiting her place, I would suggest you relax by the pool/BBQ area at night, the amazing starlight night sky was so romantic and peaceful, it definitely made for a trip to remember.

J & B are perfect hosts as well their staff. Their flexibility and hospitality made our days on Mahe top notch! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our little apartment with private garden. We loved to end the days with a swim in the pool and overlooking the sea, garden and sunset. A pool fence is put up, safety first for the kids, and we didn’t mind it at all! We used it to dry our towels on it :-) We recommend a stay at J & Bs if you want to explore the best beaches and relax on Mahe!

The Good: Lovely location, incredibly clean, Juliette was very welcoming and left water and beer in the fridge. Very close to public beaches and resorts (all beaches in the Seychelles are public) so we were able to sample lots of different cuisines and places. The Bad: A little difficult to find on the first attempt. This isn't the fault of the hosts, it seems like Google hasn't quite got round to mapping out all of the seychelles. Once you've got in once though, it will be easy all other times. The Ugly: Izzy the dog was super friendly and very cute. The ugly is simply that we'll miss her!

One of the most amazing Airbnb places we have been to, be it the cleanliness or the thoughtfulness of the host about local travel, this place exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very warm people, it was really nice talking to them every day. Loved Izzy, the cute Rottie in the compound, we will sure miss her. Were in January 2020. An excellent budget option, the view is cool, the room has air conditioning. A separate shower did not cause inconvenience, the hostess was always in touch, took us from the airport and drove to the apartments. Of the minuses - not super fast Internet (but enough in principle) and location - located on a mountain and without a scooter or car it’s difficult to get there. In general, I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget and a good option. By the way, right below is a super mega beach - Carana beach

We had a wonderful stay at l'entretemps. Rudie was a fantastic host and was helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the location of the house as it was up on a hill surrounded by lush forests. The room was excellent value for money. It was simple but clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay there again. I would recommend renting a car as the island is very hilly and hot and humid and the public bus runs infrequently. We rented a car directly from Rudie and it was affordable and really hassle free. Strongly recommend!

The hostess was very kind to us, the housing is in excellent condition, there is everything that is needed! Located in more often, very nice to have breakfast on the veranda! The kitchen is impeccably equipped! Everything is super !!! Recommended!

The house is in a very quiet area. The view is great and you can enjoy the nature on the balcony. Rudie helps always if there are any problems. Check in/out was uncomplicated. Please note that internet on the Seychelles is very expensive and you would need to pay this extra if wanted.

This is a beatiful big house build on the side of a hill with 4 levels. The rooms, balcony and kitchen are spacious and offer great views to the surrounding gardens and forest. Birds and bats can be seen frequently. Be prepared for a steep 1 km walk up here if you should arrive by bus. But you will be rewarded by the views. Host Rudie is friendly and keeps the place in a good shape with the well equipped kitchen. HiHighlHirecomme

Great! For us as a couple (mother with 9-year-old child) everything went perfectly. Very nice place to stay with such hosts :-) Very relaxed, attentive and courteous atmosphere, paired with a sense of privacy. Always there when there are questions and sensitive restraint. Good location, on foot, about 15-20 minutes to the town center (with heat-adjusted transportation), beautiful beach about 10 minutes away, bus stop and minimini market 3 minutes. Good equipment in the apartment! Personally, I couldn't live there with 4 people. We were happy there.

Would stay again. Hard to beat the value. Has a great local feel. Anse Royale is just down the road with excellent snorkelling. Can easily get to other beaches. Phenomenal views. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need for self catering.

I highly recommend healing islands chalets. The apartment was clean with modern amenities and furniture and a great view of the sea. It has good air conditioning which is a must on the seychelles after a hot day exploring the beaches nearby. There are wonderful snorkeling beaches close to their place at Anse Royale which in my opinion is the best beach to snorkel directly from the shore even for beginner snorkelers and children. It is recommended to hire a car to get around and go for dinner to many of the nearby restaurants. The restaurants are very expensive but there are many supermarkets within walking distance and the chalet has everything you need to make home cooked meals. The hosts were wonderfully friendly and welcoming and I can only hope we visit again. Thank you Roy, Anette, kids and Emma (the dog) :-)

We loved the location of this place!! And the balcony is top notch with an elevated view of the surroundings. The place met our expectations and we enjoyed staying there. The only problems we had are the WiFi and hot water did not work, but the hosts were kind enough to lend us their WiFi. The only problem is we could only get it standing out in the rain.

Great place to travel around Mahé on less touristique place than Bauvalon but as much more beautiful! The appartement was perfect to stay and travel around with out renting car. Very good hospitality

We had two wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment with a well equiped and big kitchen and a very nice sea view.

Responsive, friendly, and helpful hosts. The house is a walkable distance to a nice beach, grocery store, and restaurant (but we were still happy to have rented a car). We enjoyed our stay!

Merenda is truly an exceptional host. Very kind and welcoming. He prepared us an excellent drink and pancakes and the house was equipped with everything necessary. The house is located near the beach of the Avani hotel; also even closer there is a practically deserted (beautiful) beach. Mahè is a beautiful and wilder island than the others, such as Praslin and La Digue which are more touristy, but perhaps a little less authentic. I highly recommend Merenda's accommodation as a convenient starting point for all excursions.

We stayed for three nights first, then came back for another night and everything was very pleasant. The host was very nice. I look forward to seeing her and her family again!

Merenda was a very hospitable, kind and truly memorable host to us and our 13 month-old son. Not only did she provide us with accomodation but in the weekends also with wonderful homemade food and local fruits which were difficult to get in the vicinity. She picked us up at the airport (for a fee of SCR 600) and offered us a free lift to the nearby shop/takeaway whenever she felt like it was necessary. Her place is next to a bus terminal, so do expect some noise and occasional diesel smell. One of the bedrooms is airconditioned and you may use a fan in the other one or the living room. A baby cot with a mattress was provided for our little one. Unfortunately, the once available 5 minute direct route to the nearest beautiful beach has been disallowed by the neighbour at the horse stables, so if on foot, one needs to walk past the Indian shop and across the river to get to Barbarons beach or walk on the road to access it via the Avani resort. Everything you might need for your stay is provided - including some basic groceries (if anything, I might recommend to add some wooden utensils for the antistick pots and pans and a flagon/tapot for water/tea) and Merenda will do her best to accomodate you, so you feel at home. She is a wonderful host and we thank her once again for having us all!

Leaving a lot of good memories, the landlord came to pick me up and charged 600 rupees, everything was well arranged. We had no obstacles in communication. The landlord helped me to book a boat ticket and rent a car. We drove us to buy vegetables and meat. . We gave her meat money, she was surprised, and she helped us pay for it again. Later, we went to Praslin and La Digue for eight days and came back to live here. She caught a cold and did not see her. She specially prepared fresh pork, milk and juice in our room and let her My daughter waited for me and gave me the handicraft ornaments of the Seychelles sea coconut, everything was very happy! During the epidemic, the locals were very enthusiastic and there was no discrimination. I will keep email interaction with the landlord!

I only have great things to say. Merenda and her family made my staying remarkable. The house is really well equipped and well located. Close to public transportation allowing easy access to the city and different attractions. Walkable distance to local beaches. Really a home away from home!!

I can highly recommend Merenda, she is very kind and friendly and wants your stay to be the best. When I got there she had already filled the refrigerator with a couple of water bottles, milk and also some breakfast cereals and coffee, it was really helpful for me because I had to get up early in the morning for a meeting and did not know yet where to buy things like that so it was good I did not have to worry about that the first day. She made very good dinner for me twice and she washed my clothes, that was also very appriciated. The house is very clean and holds most equipment you need. It got AC (one of the bedrooms) and Internet. There is a small store just 5min walk down the road. The only downside is that the local buses park right across the road from the house and cars drive by the house going up the hill and that makes it a bit noisy in mornings and evenings, I did not have a problem with it though, after a couple of days I did not think of it that much, in the mornings I got up early anyways so I could explore the island while the sun was up and when I was going to sleep (around 22:00) most of the buses had parked. I did not have any problem sleeping. Thank you Merenda! Hopyfully I will return someday in the near future. Kind regards. Jonas from Sweden.

This is a paradise place! My boyfriend and I spent 5 excellent days in the apartment. It’s located right on a beautiful and quite beach. You hear the waves in your bed ( they can be loud sometimes, but very romantic). The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a balcony viewing the sea. There is someone living on the ground floor, but you have complete privacy and space. Mahe is a beautiful island (we even liked it more than La Digue and Praslin) and the apartment is located in the non-crowded area with amazing beaches.

Rose en Mer is an outstanding place to stay! By being just a few feet from the beach, we enjoyed the Indian Ocean all times of the day. The beach villa was clean, comfortable, and roomy. We snorkeled in front of the villa and saw a few fish but we found the best snorkeling at Anse Soleil (right in front of the Beachcomber Restaurant) which we highly recommend if you are visiting Seychelles for the snorkeling. The food on the island is amazing and the best place we discovered was Del Place on the West Coast. Sabrina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. If we ever return to this beautiful island, we will definitely stay at Rose en Mer.

A very clean spacious apartment with a nice view. There is construction as previous reviews suggested, however there was no intrusive noise and it didn’t obstruct the view. The hosts are friendly and flexible and gave us suggestions for places to eat.

The apartments are excellent, really liked. There is everything you need. Corresponding to the description. Recommended! Were with a child (2 years). The apartments are located on the mountain. For us, in principle, the climb was tolerable, a very steep climb of 20 meters at the very end of the house. The beach is very beautiful, you can meet the sunset, walk 15 minutes, but not very good for swimming, there are many corals at the bottom, and the beach itself is all in the remains of corals. A more or less good bathing area at the avani hotel at the far end of the beach. There are shops nearby. The problem was with the currency exchange near the apartment, you can change it at the avani hotel, but the rate is not very good. In 10 minutes there is a bus stop, you can get for 7 rupees to almost any beach on the island, it is very convenient if there is no car (its presence is very desirable, but we did without it). The construction nearby did not bother, although the view from the window, of course, spoiled. Toward morning, sometimes a frog choir woke up on a nearby river, but this is nature)))

The area itself is very quiet and beautiful!!

The apartment was nice and tastefully decorated. Upscale amenities and very quiet air conditioning. Address on Google Maps is not correct. The house is a little bit further west. A car is strongly recommended! We had very pleasant days in this accommodation.

Our stay at Yarrabee was great! The apartment is nice and very clean. It has everything you may need including an beatiful view. Peter and his family are very nice people and always willing to help! Had an awesome time at Yarrabee. The place was sparkling clean, very close to the supermarket, 2 private small beaches and 10 min drive from the famous Beau Vallon beach. Peter, the caretaker is really good guy and very helpful. Balcony is with an amazing view of blue ocean. I would strongly recommend this self catering place who is looking for some privacy and would want to cook their own food.

Studio in a very beautiful panoramic position. We were able to check in early, so we won a vacation day. Very friendly the equipment for breakfast which was in the fridge was enough for three days. Shop is diagonally across the street, the Rockpool Restaurant (highly recommended) a short walk north. The decor is simple but functional, the bed large and comfortable and the view from the balcony deserves 5 stars.

We've stayed in Yarabee South apartment for 4 nights. The apartment is nice with fantastic view from the terrace. The equipment is OK and clean, the aircondition is working well. The place is safe and quiet. The bus station and mini market are 200 meters away from the apartment. There is also a very nice Tusculum beach 3 minutes walking distance. On the property lives very kind guy, Mr Peter with his family. He could give you all the information you need. He provided us with all the transfers from the Airport and to the Jetty. One evening he surprised us with delicious dinner. Strongly recommended! We'd definitely choose it again. Petra & Robert

This accommodation is very lovely, it has everything it should has and it is a very nice place. You could go to the sea in about two minutes. Also, there is a parking lot in front of the house. The people who live there are very helpful with everything - it was amazing to live there. If we will ever come again to the Seychelles, we will go there again!

The location and view are perfect. A short drive to Beau Vallon for a sampling of this island’s scrumptious cuisine. Sven is an excellent host and answered all our questions promptly. Check in was a breeze and the on-site managers were right next door. Parking was easy and the unit was very secure. If you’re fortunate enough to find Yarrabee available, you won’t be disappointed.

Jill's accommodation is not only embedded in a heavenly environment, it is also the finest and loving that we have ever experienced. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need, this accommodation is in perfect surroundings, where everything you need can be reached in a few minutes on foot: the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon, bars, restaurants, mini shops and supermarkets, boulangerie, food stalls on the Boardwalk, public transport (blue bus) and so on and so on. We loved Peace in paradise, the cabin is very well laid out and has everything you need for an immersion in nature. Close to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, ATM and shops ... We woke up every morning to the songs of the birds. Erade gave us good advice for walking, going to restaurants, etc. Very attentive and open to exchange. Rules to be respected, of course, but more than all common sense and respect for nature. We recommend without any hesitation!

Staying in a cabana gives You the very feeling of being in tropical nature, bacause these huts are build in a wonderful garden, quiet and not bothered by traffic.

The Cubanas are cute and quirky, the location is within walking distance of a nice beach, supermarket and restaurants. Erade made us feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic time at the beginning of our holiday. And we loved the small house with a great private terrace and look into this wonderful garden, visited by birds and geckos. It is all very nicely designed with mostly wood-furniture built from timber from Erades own garden. Erade arranged everything with good taste and all is there to make your stay a real pleasure for nature-lovers. We liked very much, that she takes great care of nature and protects the climate. She gave us also very good advice for excursions, so we could experience this wonderful Island and helped us with all questions we had. We definitely would come back and recommend the stay 100%. Btw, if you are travelling with backpacks you can use the local bus.

Truly amazing place! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here hanging out in the afternoons by our small private pool on the terasse. Nice bedrooms and loved the outdoor showers in the bathrooms. Nice and well equipped outdoor kitchen where we prepared our own breakfast (and once our dinner). The other nights we used the dinner service provided and got our dinner served at the terasse. A little bit of the beaten track so a car is the best bet (although buses stop close by). Would definitely come back!!

We loved our stay here. The huts are beautifully designed to fit in with the natural environment and are very clean. Marie (the manager/caretaker) is fantastic in all aspects! She's super friendly, efficient and helpful. Ask her questions about the local culture and food, she's so enthusiastic and helpful! It's awesome to have your own pool! Outside kitchen and showers worked great. Will definitely want to stay there again. Perhaps one comment on location/getting around: hire a car. Don't try the local bus service, it will disappoint you. Yes there is a beach nearby, but it's not a great one as it's narrow with a busy road running right behind it (between you and the huts). Hire a car and go see all the great beaches!

Stunning beach house with lovely interior and a lot of attention to detail - value/money ratio is utterly outstanding. The offered dinner was one of the best creole food experiences we had - thanks to chef Mike again! We had an amazing 60th birthday with a lot of champagne in the plunge pool...

Great apartment in the middle of the "jungle" with private pool and sea views. We felt like in a tree house, because you live between the treetops. Marie (contact on the spot) is a great hostess who is happy to help with any subject and is always in a good mood and smiling to guests. The opportunity to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace to enjoy we enjoyed and can only recommend it. The food was locally authentic and great.

This place is fantastic. It is great for a family to stay with two separate rooms and a common area with a pool. The place is very well maintained and has a well-equiped kitchen. The best thing though is the balcony with amazing views and a great place to just relax.

This place is like home in Seychelles. Though we stayed only for a day i.e. our first day in Seychelles but this place helped us get really comfortable for our trip in Seychelles. The place is engulfed in nature and just feels like home. Loved the kitchen with all the amenities. This place is homely and cosy. But the best part of this airbnb is the host Flossy. She is so warm and helpful. She answered all our queries and even helped us fine tune our visit to Praslin and La Digue. Glossy and this place be always in our hearts. Most definitely going to recommend family and friends!

Great, typical accommodation, very well equipped, great hosts, we were helped immediately in case of problems. Flossy provided us with fruit from our own garden. Getting to the house is a bit adventurous. Accommodation is not recommended without your own car.

Wow! Amazing little bungalow in the Jungle. The host has ensured that you will have everything you need for your perfect stay. Location is excellent if you are hiring a car and want to see the whole Island. The place was very clean and tidy and Flossy is an amazing and attentive host.

Wow! This place deserves a 5 star rating. Flossy is an incredible host. She is extremely thoughtful and mindful of your needs. She was helpful from start to end and made us feel extremely welcomed. The bungalow is perfect for two people (or two adults and a child). We loved being in the mountains of Seychelles surrounded by a spectacular garden with a river running just below the property. It was absolutely serene and was only a ten minute drive from the beach. We got the best of both worlds: tropical forests for the mornings and evenings and breathtaking beaches during the day. We loved the bungalow: clean, very safe, well equipped, comfortable, relaxing. We hope to make this exact spot a part of our recurring holidays from here on out!

We Just spent a fantastic week at Flossy’s Bungalow. It’s in a ideal central location to explore the whole of Mahe. It is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities needed. Flossy will go out of her way to help you with any information you need. The grounds were the bungalow is located is so green and blooming with many flowers. We felt it was a really safe location. Tropical Garden is aptly named, the detached house is in lush greenery! The road is far away, only the blue buses are heard occasionally. The house offers all the comforts, the kitchen is very well equipped with appliances. For the entry there were fresh bananas, juice, water and butter. Flossy is a very warm hostess!

The location is excellent, 15 minutes by bus to Beau Vallon, near a beautiful beach. The apartments have everything you need, very convenient! Rudy is a wonderful hostess, she will always answer all questions and help) The house is on a mountain, but it's a great fitness! Around the jungle! Quiet and cute!

Rudie is a a very professionaland friendly host. The house was very good and she supported in everything including car rental. Thank you Rudie for your hospitality.

L'Entretemps is a small haven of peace perched on the heights north of Mahé Island. The room we had was really big and the bathroom great to share with only one other room. Rudie is smiling, warm and did not mind answering all my questions about his country etc. We feel that she really loves her islands and it is a pleasure to chat with her. If you rent a car at home, what I advise you (if you have the means) because the coast to go upstairs is high and bus Mahé not always reliable, it offers transfers to the airport or port . We paid the wifi 20euros I think for 3 days and everything worked well (but it is not necessary). Only small problem, if you arrive late at night (as we 3am), Cindy can not come looking for you at 7:30 am so get ready to sleep on the benches of the tiny airport of Mahé not always comfortable :) Fortunately it's hot ^^ Thanks again Rudie for this super Seychellois stay!

Aicha & Vero are very friendly and super helpful hosts. Aicha organised me transfers from and to the airport. I felt very welcome and found a clean room with a fan and a comfortable bed. There is a small fridge and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a living room with comfortable armchairs. You'll find everything you need. The view is incredibly beautiful and sometimes you get to watch some wildlife, e.g. bats and birds flying over the house (no need to be scared of them, though :)). A bus stop and a shop are just 2 minutes down the road. There are two friendly dogs hanging out in the backyard which are truly adorable. Aicha & Vero gave me a lot of tips and were always ready to help. Aicha also offers to take you on guided hikes and took me to a wonderful waterfall. I felt lucky to have had these two as my hosts. They made my trip unforgettable and made me feel welcome at any times.

The place is a great value for money with an amazing view and very welcoming and helpful hosts who can give local tips on what to visit and organise transfers which made the stay very comfortable.

Thank you for having me there! I had a great time! Aicha was a great host. From giving info prior to arriving-up until my time of leaving, she gave info about immigration, what to do on the Island, how to get around, local tips, ect. She shared some of her wonderful home cooked meals, shared a few laughs and had great conversations. She is funny and overall a positive person. She also has 2 friendly dogs. I was picked up and dropped off from Airport for a small fee. The room was spacious, had a fan, small fridge, table and chair and double bed. Not to mention the awesome View! If you want to cook, a kitchen is available for you. A Bust stop is about 1 minute down from her house, next to a Chinese Restaurant, where a bus takes you to Victoria and the Bus Terminal that you can use to do Beach hopping for about 7 Rupees per ride. There is a little store down the road in case you need basic items. Everything is easy to get to via Bus. Pick up a map from the Airport or download offline map to help you with your travel. From the airport you can get a SIM card with a 4G for about 40 Euros. Aicha provided Internet for about 5 Euros a day. Keep in mind it is not high speed like you probably used to. The weather was very humid and it rained a few times, but overall it was nice and hot. ATM is near Eden Island (best choice). Mosquitos are bad, bring something because none of the stores have repellant that I went to.

Everything is very good here.For solo traveler,it’s one of the cheapest accommodation.Just 100m to bus stations,you can take the bus go around the island.The host is very nice,and the dog is warm-hearted.

Aicha and Vero were great guests, really nice with me, they took me by their car to visit a nearby area and suggested me hikings and places to visit. They are better than you could expect. Actually, my bag was lost, and Aicha call and chat to the people that had to bring it, she made everything so easy for me. It was a pleasure to meet you both!

Andrea has a great Appartment and we had everything what we needed. You can easily visit the spice garden and takamaka rum is not far by car. Very nice beaches are not far aswell. Her son Benjamin was really kind. He looked after the dogs and the puppy and gave us good advises. We totally enjoyed watching the dogs playing with the puppy, so adorable! If you are not afraid of dogs, you will love to stay at Andreas house!

The apartment of Andrea is great! It is nicely decorated, in the kitchen is everything you need and especially the terrace with a great view I really liked it! The small village Anse Royale is easy to reach and there you will find everything you need. By car you can explore the entire island of Anse Royale, everything is quite fast to reach. Finally, I would like to mention that Andrea is really a great host! Even before we arrived she answered all questions and organized a rental car. And she was always available during the stay. I can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect during our stay in Payanke fler: comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchen, breathtaking views, calm of the place, proximity to beaches and small shops, sweet attentions for our daughter of 2 years, which was filled by the presence of 2 friendly dogs of the property. We are very happy to have started our stay with this good address.

Had a very nice stay. The apartment has everything you need for a very pleasant vacation. The house is located on a hill and therefore you can see the ocean from the balcony. The last bit of the road leading up to the house is quite steep, but manageable. The area is a bit more quiet than the bustling north of Mahé, but that was exactly what I was looking for. There is a bus stop directly at the main road (little less than 10 minutes from the house) on foot) at which you can take a bus to Port Launay or Victoria (also stops at the airport). If you would like to take the bus to the airport (which I did), it will take about 1,5 hours, depending on traffic.

We stayed in Roy’s apartment for three days. They didn’t immediately find it, because the geolocation was not correctly indicated on the map in the application. They met us. The apartment exceeded all expectations, better than in the photographs. Very clean and comfortable. There was everything necessary. From the balcony a beautiful view. There is a bus stop near the apartment. The price of booked three days was higher than usual. In general, we liked everything.

It’s an absolutely beautiful apartment, perfect for honeymooning with top notch amenities for self catering and even a washing machine! Breakfast is available as well as a car rental. My only regret - my visit was too short! I totally recommend this apartment. And I will certainly be back!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you need, the bed is super comfortable to have a sleeping beauty long sleep. We had great communication and receptivity from the host, early check in thank you much for that we really appreciate it, also asked for an adapter and in 5min we got it, tasty and quick breakfast, she helped us with the car rent aswell, everything just went smooth and nice. Whoever is looking for a quiet and enjoyable vacay this is the place to get your batteries charged with energy and chilling mood. The house is located up on the hill, and for us was fun to drive up and down, it challenges your driving skills Thank you very much, we will definitely be back soon.

A Most warm and Sincère home stay

Great and spacious place in a breath taking and calm location.

The flat is honestly fantastic. It exceeded my expectations in every way possible - the flat is much nicer in person, perfect location (I prefer somewhere quieter), great views on the balcony, a good sized apartment, lots of kitchen appliances, comfy bed.. list goes on. Roy and Juliana were really hospitable and friendly hosts, my boyfriend and I even received a massive fruit platter cut from their garden. I definitely recommend getting a car, there's quite a steep uphill slope to the apartment and I would not have wanted to walk that every single time I came back from the beach/meals etc, but if you're not lazy then it doesn't matter I suppose.

The accommodation was very comfy with everything you need and just as described. Roy and Juliana and their sweet kids and the friendly employees are good company and always open for questions. Roy also picked me up from the airport and brought me to the jetty after my stay. Thanks again for that. The accommodation was very clean, the terrasse a lovely place to be and the garden around the house is simply stunning. I had local grown fruit for breakfast and Roy and Juliana really did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable after the long flight. Juliana offered me homemade food, which was delicious, and Roy welcomed me with a tour through the garden and a fresh coconut! The animals they own are lovely, too, and there are birds and geckos in the garden which I observed with amazement! All in all it was a very lovely stay. When you go up the hill just a bit further, you have a lovely view and can watch bats flying through the colurful sunset sky. The way to the beach is not too far and there are buses to Victoria. Roy and Juliana will explain everything to you. I'm glad that their accommodation will be again my home away from home at the end of my Seychelles adventure.

A really nice quite accomodation in the middle of nature. We loved the small balcony, where we enjoyed the sounds of nature.

We had a very nice time in Erade's lovely cabanas. We were warmly welcomed by her and her son Steven at our arrival. Erade's garden is absolutely beautiful, full of flowers and giant palm trees and banana trees. We felt like living in the jungle, and we appreciated sleeping with the sound of frogs and night birds all around us, which never disturbed our sleep. The wonderful beach is located only five minutes walk away from the site, and we particularly enjoyed having dinner at Kapatya, a very nice restaurant with great food next door. Erade also offered a nice home-made breakfast composed of fresh squeezed fruit juice and omelette for 12 euros per person. The wooden cabana was very cute, thankfully equipped with air conditioning so that we could handle damp air during this very wet october month. We got all the comfort we needed in a very uncommon exotic accomodation. I personally also enjoyed the moments I spent with the cute and friendly kitten who was waiting for us around the cabana and kept asking for cuddles and strokes. I recommand Erade's lovely cabanas if you are looking for an exotic kind of accomodation for your stay in Seychelles.
