Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. The farmhouse (facing south) is located on Riantec, in a charming village close to the picturesque and green site of the chapel of Saint Jean. Recently and completely renovated, we did everything to keep its authenticity. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside, near the sea: the small sea of Gâvres is a 5-minute drive away, the Gâvres peninsula, its beaches and Port-Louis are 8 minutes away. We (or someone from our family) will be there to welcome you.
