Beautiful house in a panoramic position, in a secluded and quiet with excellent visibility for three people. courteous welcome and plenty of room for being outside (the beautiful bersot).

Rita and her family were really amazing hosts. They show us the house amenities in detail and left treats for us to enjoy. The house a is a little secluded, but us a small price to pay for such amazing view.

Rita's beautiful house lies on a very steep hill on it's own privacy. The yard is very good sized and it's on 2 levels and fully fenced (good with dogs / children). You can walk 1 km to village where there are a few restaurants. Even though weather was very warm, the house was pleasantly cool. Kitchen is not very big and shower cabin is relatively small. We really enjoyed our time in Rita's house - very good for expeditions to Dolomites and Venice.

Peaceful and beautifully placed house with friendly hosts. Even for few nights felt like home (with all these little things you might have forgotten to take like earsticks). Fresh fruits from garden, nice lake, picturesque villages nearby and many other fantastic adventures make me want to come back to Tarzo and Ennio's house. I recommend to anyone who likes quite, italian spot.

Ennio is a very attentive and kind host, welcome fruits were in the apartment and he has the same invited us to a glass of Prosecco in the bar his sister on the street. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Ennio even water, milk, tea, jam, pasta, oil, spices and are more ready for the guests. We have never experienced such, but is great! Everything is very generous and Italian. Just to feel good! Ennio be small "museum" and the grill shown us on the ground floor of the house and told us many interesting things to. Thanks again for that! An ideal base to explore the area by bike or car!

Ennui was a lovely host and was there to meet us on arrival. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Ennio had also left us a fresh bowl of fruit, cereal and snacks. There are options for beds., The living area had a sofa bed and the main bedroom had a small annexe with a single bed. The main bedroom also had a baby cot..The house is located on the main road but paths lead down to lake. The whole area is very beautiful and bit of a cycling area!Of course you must visit the wineries and drink Prosecco! You must Ennio to show you his small museum..... a true highlight!

My high light of my whole 15 day Italian trip is staying at Ennio and experiencing the warm and kindness of Ennio. The house is old and maintained in very good quality. Ennio left us eggs, fruits, breakfast, coffee, and all the necessaries in the kitchen. The area is very beautiful surrounded by mountains. It's about 1 hour drive to the alps to hike. It's very close to the local vege shop and cheese factory. Ennio made our stay very smooth and always have suggestions on different days. We pretty much followed all his suggestions for the surroundings and the alps hiking and picnic at the lakes. Ennio is just so amazing when I got a fake 50 euro bill he made his way to go back to the vendor and helped me exchanged the bill. I was very thankful for that. God bless! Highly recommend Ennio and his lovely house !

We were greeted pleasantly, housing is as described. The accommodation is charming and authentic. The Special lunch was more than pleasant, it felt like home.

We (family with three Young children) had a great stay in this beatiful and clean house. Alessandra was really nice and gave us good information about things to do in the neighbourhood. Revine lago is a nice little village and the lake is 5 mins walking from the house. We would recommand this place to everyone.

Alessandra is very nice, smiling and open-minded person. She showed us the entire apartment with a detailed description of all rooms. We mentioned it only about our plans, and the next day left us with an exact'll stick with places to have a look which was a pleasant surprise. Sam is a very interesting place. Old building adapted to the current standards, with modern bathrooms and stylish bedrooms. Everything kept in perfect order. The view from the window of the lake was beautiful and the area itself is a treat for any lover of nature. If someone is looking for a cozy place close to nature, at a good distance from the interesting historical places, this place is perfect.

We felt very welcome from the very first moment we arrived. Place was just like described though it was more homelike than a bed and breakfast ( in a very good way). Beautiful and tidy place in a beautiful place. And Maria was an excellent host. Thanks a lot.

The yard of Flower garden home was literally full of flowers! So nice to sit at the outdoor setting amongst it all. The cottage is newly renovated (2014) and nicely fitted out with everything you might need, including a washing machine. It is mostly stone and wood, very compact with a lovely spacious upper mezzanine queen bed (stairs a little steep). Downstairs had a small kitchen/living area with two wall mounted fold down bunks (that store away during the day), and a small bathroom. Overall, really great house in good location, accessible to cycling and walking tracks and lots of little interesting villages. lovely owners who checked on us daily, spoke reasonable English and helped us really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, despite not fantastic days we have much to turn in those areas. very accurate and independent house. Sonia gracious!

The house was a great fit for our vacation. Both in terms of space (2 adults and three kids), and location. It easy to get to the Dolomites as well as Venice. While the village is small there is a nice restaurant and also in five minutes you will find a large supermarket, bakery etc. Ivor was on vacation but he went out of his way to make sure we are ok.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivor's house in Nogarolo, it is really difficult to describe what it is like staying in such a small Italian village in a stone house built sometime in the 1800s. Ivor has done some great renovations, there is lots of room on the three floors, and the place is cozy with a new wood stove. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Italian Alps and run down to Venice for the day. It was a great place to go after a long day of touring a busy city, you feel relaxed immediately upon arriving. There are endless hiking, running and biking trails, the air is clean, and the quiet is a blessing. Ivor is an amazing host, he came up from the city to meet us and we spent a great time getting to know him and learning the highlights of the area. It would be easy to spend hours chatting with Ivor over beer. We didn't make it out, but try to time your stay so you can go to the local pub on Saturday night with the rest of the village!

We had a wonderful 12 day vacation in Ivor's house. The house is beautifully situated in a sleepy, quaint village near Tarzo. Ivor is a very gracious host who looks after his guests with excellent care and attention. His house is very nicely arranged and furnished and it comfortably fitted my large family who descended on it from various points of the globe for a few days. I can only recommend you book here. There is also a very convenient and lovely family style restaurant a short walk up the road which came in very handy for us on nights we didn't want to cook.

A very nice spot for italian holidays and a very welcoming host! The house is clean, cozy, quite spacious and nicely finished. The kitchen has everything you need - the table and sofas are located in the same space, so the ground floor is a perfect place for spending time with family or friends. The bedroom we used was quite spacious and light and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we missed a bit was some bigger terrace or garden, but the small terrace was just enough for the two of us to rest and drink a glass od prosecco in the evening. As to Ivor - he is a very thoughtful host and simply a nice person. We definitely suggest following his advice on where to go, what to see, where to eat, swim or buy wine in the region. Thanks for everything, Ivor! :-) Important note: if you want to see interesting places around Nogarolo - you will rather need a car.

The house is charming, the region is wonderful, and Ivor is a Mensch. We hope to get the chance to visit again. Most recommended. Incidentally - if you're looking to go to Venice, Ivor's place is only an hour's drive away. It's a really simple drive - we didn't even have a map but the highway signs took us right to parking at Tronchetto, next to the bridge - a couple of locals told us that an even better way to go might be to just take the train from somewhere like Vittorio Veneto. The whole thing was effortless. But, Tarzo and the neighbor towns were interesting enough on their own. The drive to the ridgetop across the valley is excellent, and lounging by the little lake is very lazy. And so forth.

We had perfect stay in Ivor's house. It is perfect place to tour the southern Italy. Place is cozy, clean and nice. Ivor was more than a perfect host to us.

Ivor was waiting for us when we arrived. Gave us as much information as we could possibly hope for and even let me borrow his hiking boots when I realised I'd forgotten mine! He also let us borrow his two bikes. The accommodation was as described except now it also has a sauna! We didn't use it though because we were out and about having fun. The village is tiny and beautiful with many fantastic walks around.

Ivor is a great host and home is lovely. It will not disappoint.

Gabriele went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He gave clear directions for arrival, great advice about what there was to-do in the area. He was simply and joy! And his homemade wine is delicious!! Space was clean, well kept and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Gabriele's home is a lovely place to stay with friends or family to explore the beautiful region around it. Its location is perfect for exploring Venice, make a hiking trip in the mountains and so much more. Gabriele is really friendly and always ready to help you. The house has everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and has a perfect price to quality ratio.

The house is a contradiction in terms. It is quite small but very spacious. The interior is very well done. It is just right and just enough. Gabriel and his family are very relaxed, kind and easy going. The house faces south so you can sit outside for quite a considerable part of the day. The surrounding area is beautiful and nice for walks. We went to Venice one day and it takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get there (by car and train). Thank you Gabriel for having us.

Gabriele is very accommodating and available for any help or questions. The house is very clean and exactly as described. Great value for the experience. It has everything needed for short term and long terms stay. It is in a very beautiful quit town, great for outdoor activities and nature lovers. We found a basket of food when we arrived. Alessandra was very warm, happy, and helpful. She made checking in easy and was always available when we had any questions. The room was equipped with a private toilet, shower, and sink. She also provided tea and coffee facilities. The room is small and in a small village that has only few places to eat. But the lakeside location was lovely and the village itself is strangely charming; a few old streets to explore with many abandoned/for sale houses which made it unique. Cool, quaite place near backery with fresh pizza and bread, handmade. Nice for hiding from sun at the summer. The building contains three rooms, one on the first floor with the view to the lake and two rooms on the second floor. Building is old and colorite, without goasts : ) Owners are responsive and ready to help with all questions.

Cesarina was a great hostess. She gave us an extra inserted cools a bottle of Prosecco and buy fresh grapes. In addition, she was responsible for issues to reach at any time by phone and speaks perfect Italian, English and German. The accommodation than enough for four and is the perfect base for exploring the Prosecco territory. The whole apartment is very nicely furnished and super clean! With two bedrooms, a private bathroom is and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We did not miss anything and we felt very comfortable!

Cesarina made us feel very welcome in their very cozy and lovingly decorated apartment in a beautiful setting. She explained everything necessary - conveniently for us in German. Their tips on restaurants and Prosecco wineries were excellent - the bottle on arrival we drank to her health. We'll be back!

Very nice flat, cosy, well furnished and clean. Darker than on the pictures but it's still ok and must be good during the warm summer months. We were there during a cold week and the heating works well and was appreciated! The owner Cesarina is very sympathic and helpful. If you don't want to use the fully equiped kitchen to cook, there are excellent pizza by the lake less than 1km away!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cesarina and her lovely apartment in the Prosecco hills. First, Cesarina's hospitality exceeded expectation. Our flights were so delayed we didn't arrive to the apartment until after 1:00 am. Cesarina welcomed my mother and I with smiles and not a word of frustration. She, her brother and son Giacomo waited to help us settle in and took time to point out notable sights in the region. After they left we we were delighted to discover the most delicious bottle of Prosecco (a second bottle of Prosecco made a surprise visit during our second week at the apartment). The apartment itself is IMMACULATE and just as lovely, if not more so, as the pictures. The patio was a highlight where we found mint, chives and other herbs growing (we picked some for our breakfast). The rear of the apartment is nestled against the neighbor's backyards and is perfectly quiet with a view of the Dolomites. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, EVOO and lovely dishware. Cesarina also left us with breakfast biscuits, jam and the most delicious high end coffee and industrial coffee maker. The coffee was addictive. The two bathrooms were perfect with toasty towel warmers, soap and some bathroom products. We are almost certain that the floors are heated, perfect when it was chilly. And it's worth pointing out the amazing feat of window engineering. If the window handles were rotated halfway, the windows would open slightly at the top for ventilation. If the handles were rotated fully, they would completely swing open. This must be a cool Italian design element because we were delighted and had never seen anything like it. The area within which the apartment is located is near a scenic lake. The lake is a quick stroll from the apartment. Because of the dramatic thunderstorms that occurred while we were there, the paths around the lake were flooded, but it's worth circumambulating as far as possible; it's just lovely. I want to mention that the location of Tarzo is center of the Prosecco region. The website (URL HIDDEN) will list the local wineries and those who offer vineyard tours. I suggest taking advantage of the wineries that are open. We actually hunted down the makers of the Prosecco left for us by Cesarina. We live near the Napa/Sonoma Valley wineries and think we're spoiled by the beauty of the vineyards. An American touring the Prosecco region called Napa Valley 'child's play' in comparing it to the Prosecco region: the vineyards near Tarzo are set into the foot hills of the Dolomites with inclines that seem improbable to grow grapevines. The vineyards sprawling across the hills are dramatic and extraordinary. It's a truly beautiful region. We took the train from the nearest city, Conegliano, about 15 minutes by car, to reach Venice. We also took our rental car along the toll roads (zero traffic - a miracle for us) to Padua and Verona. It's all so close together, day...

Just a stroke of luck! The apartment is just as atmospheric as in the pictures and described in the text and is super convenient for day trips. Hostess Cesarina has planning made easy, in that it was so flexible and easy to reach. She gave us a very warm welcome - and even with a small welcome pack of Prosecco, biscuits and water. Absolute holiday recommendation!

What to say? Arrive and feel at HOME! In fact, better than at home. We could not find better. Delightful hosts, amazing apartment. Has it all: clean, friendly, fresh (despite the 36 ° outside), super-equipped, airy ....... and please note that the stay was quite long (10 days). Wonderful stay. Very gracious hosts, that made you feel part of their family. The property is beautiful(access is interesting). Both cottage and main home are immaculate and well maintained. The food is all natural and phenomenal. These people take great pride in providing their guests with a very stress free comfortable stay. Can't say enough good things about our stay here.

Ruth and Andrea were extremely welcoming in their lovely rustic cottage! We spent 4 fantastic days in the Italian countryside, surrounded by beautiful hills and vineyards, great food and amazing prosecco. The cottage is right next to their house, but you have all the privacy you may want. Every day we had an amazing breakfast outdoors overlooking the landscape, with local produce and the fantastic bread and crostatta that Andrea makes and even got invited for dinner at their house and to share some excellent wines. The cottage hosts two people very comfortably in the room upstairs, but can accommodate more people in the living room downstairs. We were really happy there and hope we can go back one day.

After getting a bit lost and arriving late after a long drive our first impression was Ruth asking us if we wanted dinner and having waited for us just in case - it really set the tone for the wonderful warm hospitality we received during our stay. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely old Italian farmhouse and cottage carefully renovated and furnished with lots of beautiful pieces in a cosy, well-designed style. Set up a (very) steep driveway means privacy and quiet are guaranteed but two small villages offer good restaurants literally just down the hill. With lots of great day trips within easy reach we actually found ourselves loving the calm, peace and cosines of our cottage and ate on many occasions with our hosts because they were lovely, entertaining company and their cooking was great. Having breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace with Their home-cooked or home-grown produce beautifully presented was always the perfect start to our days! Would definitely recommend staying here! A truly lovely AirBnB experience - warm, friendly, beautiful, well designed, tasty and totally accommodating.

Ruth welcomed us with a huge smile, wave and 'welcome to Rustica', as she jumped out of the car window to greet us on the road. It characterized our visit and stay. This is not just an average airbnb stay. This is a warm and welcome visit with old friends, great food, charm and style in an undiscovered area of Italy. And a wonderful 30 minute morning wind to wake us to the sounds of the countryside. As for the basics, we had easy communication; gorgeous and comfortable towels, linens and decor; clean and tidy; warm hosts; and yummy breakfasts.

What a wonderful place, wonderful hosts! Ruth, Andrea and little Jasmin are living in paradise. Hidden between the trees, their house is located at the end of a narrow and steep driveway above the vineyeards. Chickens run around and some cats hang out in the sun. Both, the cottage and the house are beautifully renovated and guarantee a very pleasant stay. Do not expect to come as regular guests - you'll come as friends: We arrived with the warmest welcome by Ruth and felt "at home" by the first minute. Ruth provided us with some travel guides of the surrounding area and we had a beautiful day planning what to see in the next couple of days while having a good glass of prosecco from a nearby place and an incredible view into the venetian hills. Venice is only an hour away and there are plenty of nice little towns as well as lot's of history to discover in the area. During our one-week-stay, We have had several nice evenings with the hosts, good talks as well as great food in the nearby restaurant. If you are lucky, Andrea and Ruth might even cook for you!

When the property is a beautiful little apartment with balcony in a nice village. It is ideal for those looking for peace and nature. Communication with the host was wonderful and very fast. We were received very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Alice House. Very well presented and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and a welcome food pack to see us through! Negarolo is also a lovely village with a handy restaurant and easy access to the area. Gabrielle was also a great host - helpful, available and very friendly. Definitely a place worth staying!!

We had a lovely stay with Gabriele. It is a lovely apartment with everything needed for a great holiday in the Veneto. Everything was clean, in good condition and well presented. The apartment is very warm and comfortable. Gabriele and family make you very welcome and a perfect hosts. Not intrusive, and there when you need them! Bosco and Ginger their two dogs are lovely too!

We had the perfect vacation at Gabriele’s. We spent a month in that beautiful warm and cozy house, located in the breathtaking hills in the Prosecco wine region the little house is charming, clean, well equipped, great kitchen for cooking, and a nice little balcony. The village is very nice, quiet and pastoral. There is a fantastic restaurant a few steps away . There are endless beautiful places to visit in that area. (lakes, mountains, ancient towns, churches, museums, rivers and more..) Gabriele and his lovely family are more than great hosts. They were so kind, helped with everything we needed and much more.. not to mention the wonderful cooking : ) and they made us feel like home..
