This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

I offer you a little paradise in Magnac Laval, a place called Cressac, in the Limousin, a very friendly place, you will not regret it, for a couple with 1 child or 3 adults, there is a bedroom and a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a veranda that overlooks a large garden, barbecue, not very far from the highway A20, 500 m from Les Pouyades, 3 km from shops (Intermarché) bakery.(Pets are allowed with an extra charge)

The old orchard cottages, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from Oct 6 to Apr 10) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe, it is accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
