In summer you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun under oaks, in winter the fireplace crackles for cozy warmth.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Dear Guest, For spontaneous excursions or longer stays, we offer a vacation home. This is in a quiet location. Good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within easy reach, ensuring your culinary well-being. The 50 m² apartment on the 3rd floor has a living room, bedroom (bed accessible only from 1 side), dining room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. When occupied by 3 people, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Our cozy tiny house is located on the edge of a wonderfully preserved courtyard. Watch from the window as hares and deer scurry across the fields. The tiny house is surrounded by forest and wide meadows. You will have the area around the flower meadow all to yourself. Depending on the season, apples, sunflowers or wild herbs grow here. A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for bread on a stick are available. The neighborhood has great farm shops with local produce.

On the Deäle

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams still wind their way through the small-scale collis landscape with its woods, fields, lanes, wood walls and Scholtengoederen. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mentioned as Bovekinck) formerly part of Kasteel het Waliën, we have created a vacation home. Using old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.

"wild & cozy" in the Münsterland

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also walk freely through the garden.
