Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for bread on a stick are available. The neighborhood has great farm shops with local produce.
