Malika is a great host and quick responsed when I asked something. The place near the tramstation, mcdonalds, kfc, starbuck and commercial centre. To reached Medina we need to catch a taxi but the rate for taxi aren't expensive about 10-20 dirham. The apartment is super clean and very pleased. But one thing missed is I don't find a doormat or floor mat for the bathroom. General are great. Thanks Malika. Greeting for Fatima also from us.

Malak & fatima were quick in terms of communication. The apartment is very clean and stylish. It is also located in a key area in order to visit most touristic places...just few blocks from the tram station. I will definitely go back once I am in rabat again.

Perfectly located. Next to the tram 15 minutes from the train station on foot and 15 minutes from the medina on foot as well, then right next to the Hassan tower. I highly recommend for a flap stay. Welcome and good advice from Houda.

Houda's place is so clean and have anything you need to enjoy your stay, There are so many small supermarkets in the area to grab all the stuff you need. Easy access and free parking.

This studio was perfect for us. It is small but equipped with everything, such as. electric orange press, coffee machine, microwave. The Hassan Tower is right next door, a very safe and quiet location. The veranda was also very cozy. Ideal for a short stay.

Dolly was very nice and very helpful! The room was great and there were lots of cute animals around.

The space is just like the photographs, very beautiful and stylish, and everything is very clean. It is a private space within the perimeter of the land but outside the house. Although the cabin is small, everything is very well distributed, the shower is small but you can bathe very well. The mattress has its nice details, because it seems that on one side it sinks, but even so we were able to rest comfortably. The room has black curtains (which I really appreciated) for allowing me to rest. Dolly was very attentive the whole time from before my arrival and during the stay. The truth is very pleased and I highly recommend it.

The stay at Mme Dolly's was almost perfect, she was very welcoming, kind, smiling and helpful. The hut was in the form of a fascinating painting directing you towards calm and peace. In short, Ms. Dolly's cabin is the true meaning of positive energy. The fact of crossing with Blacky and the cats of the house while caressing them is our best memory before leaving there. We highly recommend it.

Top host great place

Small very clean and well decorated studio in the heart of Agdal (literally two steps from the tram). Mehdi was very attentive, and did everything to make our stay a wonderful one. Only downside, the studio has a very light duvet and no heating, but Mehdi assured us that there would be more coverage in the future.

Aaron, Guenael and Giovanni are a beautiful family. It felt like home. They allowed us to leave our bags before the check in time and after the check out time. Aaron made us a great breakfast and gave us good suggestions and clarifications on the local customs. The location is very convenient, as it is in the center of the Médina but the station is easily accessible on foot. The accommodation also has a very clean bathroom with shower. To make the environment even more welcoming, a very sweet cuddly cat. It was all perfect!

Great location, easy to finde. Before I came, Guenael described in detail how I can finde the house. Very world-open host. I felt at home and slept very well and a lot. I appreciate also for the breakfast. Thanks very much since I wake up every day a little bit late... I can only recommend!

A lovely room in a gorgeous Riad. We had such a nice stay here and were very well looked after. The room is even bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the whole place is brilliantly located for seeing the Medina and Kasbah. It was also a joy to meet Niko the cat, who was an endless ball of energy and love. Highly recommend a stay here.

Ideal location for Rabat. Everything is within walking distance. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our hosts were very welcoming. Impeccable accommodation. Superb view. The road noise could annoy sensitive ears but for us it was ok.

I enjoyed my stay at Med's appartement. It was super clean and had all sorts of equipments. It made me feel home! There is a photography museum near by (2min on foot) that you can actually see from the appartement windows. And don't get me started on the stunning sea view, especially during sunset!

This was a great landing place for our few days in Rabat -- a nice, modern apartment with great access to the coast and, with a bit of walking, to the medina and the Hassan Tower area. Very helpful in arranging for a smooth airport pickup and checking us in quickly, including giving a couple great restaurant recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely - huge and with beautiful sea views. Take a few steps out of the apartment and you're right at the ocean (not a beach though). My only suggestion would be to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because it's a bit noisy. Loved it here and wished we were here even a bit longer. Definitely recommend.

Very good apartment, well located.

Just living by the sea, it is convenient to go downstairs to the sea. It's not easy to take a taxi by the sea. You need to go to the inside lane. It was clean and the owner was very enthusiastic and very active in solving problems. Because there is no air conditioning or heating in the living room. It's going to be cold this season. The bedroom is air-conditioned so it is always in the bedroom.

Abid’s home is a modern apartment in a safe neighborhood with many shops and a Carrefour, after staying weeks in traditional houses, it’s very comfortable to be in a sunny room with a larger window. The house is bright and clean with a large kitchen. Abid and his wife are wonderful hosts, I feel like coming home at the end of the day, thank you!

The landlord uncle and aunt are nice! kind! We are here to prepare tea and fruits! Walk to the old city about 1. kilometers! Easy to eat nearby! Also preparing breakfast! Auntie went out to the train station and dropped me off by the way! really thankful! There is an elevator! The bath water is hot! It's like 3 bedrooms and 1 living room in China! Like home

Overall a very good place. The place is situated in a nice area. Quiet and safe and close to central Rabat. The room is spacious enough with a desk a chair, a table and a sofa. Abid is an outstanding host that prepared breakfast and would sometimes invite me to dinner/ lunch. When i had to leave one day early than planned he immediately agreed to the change without any fuss. İ wish every host were like this. Excellent.

Hello everyone... I have stayed in Fatim Zahra's place several times.Never experienced any issues with anything. Always very quick respond from the houst...apartment is like described.Very central.Great place if you have to comute by train, less then 10 min walking to the train station.I would definitely recomend this place ...

I felt very at home in this apartment for 1 month in Rabat. The apartment is on one of the most convenient livable streets in Agdal, very walkable. 5 minutes away by foot is the brand new Arribat Center mall which is stunning. 10 minutes away by foot is the Gare Agdal which connects you to all of Morocco by train. Another 10 minutes the other way is the tramway to Rabat Ville, Sale, etc. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup, so you will get your exercise, but it's very reasonable. It's a small semi-studio with a great view of the corner of Rue Tansift and right underneath are two great cafes. There are small markets and restaurants nearby and Marjane and Carrefour nearby for big shops. Agdal is a great place for an expat to stay in Rabat - it's mid-range, safe, peaceful, and convenient. This apartment has a small kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom had a humidity/moisture issue from lack of ventilation so Fatim Zahra made sure the housekeeper kept everything very clean. Housekeeping is very attentive and thorough and the place is well looked after. Small space heater was useful in the winter. I will miss the very comfortable bed, pillows, and blankets, and the good WiFi and hot water. Large fridge and initial water and breakfast items provided. Fatim Zahra met me in person on checkin which was appreciated. I would love to return here - it's a great gem of an apartment. Very private and in a wonderful city.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fatim's ... she is really nice. When I arrived at Rabat Salé airport, Madame Fatim ordered me a heater. I paid 20 euro ... that's enough. The apartment is well equipped with all comforts .... a very hot shower..perfect when you need to rest. She bought bread, eggs, fruit, milk and all that for me - too nice! Also, Chez Fatim is well located in Rabat near all restaurants, bars to party if you wish, small shops, a shopping center and even the Rabat Agdal station, the largest station in Africa in which you you can hang the Al Boraq speed train to visit the rest of Morocco. Very simple ! The neighborhood is safe with a guard always available every night in front of the building. During my vaccines, Madame Fatim sent me messages to help me. :) Good vaccinations thanks to her. I recommend his apartment in Rabat. Thank you Madame Fatim again for the warm welcome ........ I hope I can return please. -------------------------------------------------- ------- I had an amazing time at Fatim's place! Upon my arrival she arranged a driver to collect me at the airport for 20 euros. Once at the appartment, Fatim gave me a tour and had ready for me milk, bread, juice and fruits! Very kind and thoughtful. The appartment was clean with all the comforts of home. The shower was excellent with steaming hot water which is well needed after a long day exploring the city. The appartment is well located near many restaurants, shops, a mall and even the largest train station in Africa - Rabat Agdal where you can take the High Speed train amongst other trains. The neighborhood was very safe and for additional security there is a night watch man present outside the door each night. Remember, if you are coming home late to ask him to open the building door for you which is locked at nights. Show him your reservation. Ask Fatim for more info on how to handle. Throughout my vacation Fatim would message to see if I was okay and needed anything. Very kind of her. A wonderful stay and I couldn't have asked for more. I recommend her place to anyone looking to visit Rabat. Thank you Fatim for your warm welcome and I hope to return again if you'll have me.

The apartment is wonderful, located in a calm, safe and interesting neighborhood. The tram is nearby. The interior's were really nice. I liked Fatima's style in the apartment! Especially the bed was so comfortable! Fatima is such a nice host. If you have any requests or questions, she is always available. I would totally recommend staying at her place!

Frank's apartment is very spacious and cozy! It is absolutely central. Barely 10 minutes walk from the train station! There are 2 spacious rooms and a small wild garden. Franck naturally provides TV, music system, Netflix, PlayStation! You feel at home! Franck is very helpful, gives valuable tips and from his very lovable household help there is a rich and delicious breakfast for little money! Great! We had a very nice stay in Rabat!

If in Rabat, and wanting a proper home that you can call your own home for a few days, this is the place. The location is superb, the host is superb, bahija’s breakfast and overall kindness is superb and the cats are absolutely superb.

Very clean place with amazing hosts! We were greeted upon arrival personally and shown around. Bajai was such a sweet woman (didn’t know English very well ...but we worked it out with a few laughs) The location was perfect...we were able to see all of the sights we wanted to from this location. Lots of good places to eat around as well. If you are looking for a clean, safe well located place to stay this is the place!!!!

Kayizer has welcomed us very well, he is very friendly and helpful (as is known Moroccan morals). Very good quality price, 10 minutes from the station on foot. And 10 minutes from the hijama training with Dr. Ait M'hammed Mouloud. You also have the souk at hand, which is very convenient for gifts and / or souvenirs. I will not hesitate to return if the opportunity is offered.

Very beautifull appartement, the same as the pictures, located at less than 5 min walking of the Rabat-Ville train station and the aéroport bus stop. You walk 15 min to go to the medina or to the Hassan tower and the mausolée of Mohammed V. Very safe neighborhood and all you need for eating just down the appartement. Really good surprise for us: We were lucky to have the entire flat (Jean-Francois and Véronique were in hollidays). When they're home, you have your proper bathroom, terrace and bedroom, with your keys to close your room; but you share the rest of the appartement with them. It's really clean and well equiped (you can cook, but no microwave). A Real pleasure for our stay in Rabat !

We had a great stay. We only spent one night in Rabat but the appartment and our room looked amazing. Nice and warm in winter. Absolutely great location. Not gonna lie its soo nice to stay in a modern appartment in between all those old riad when traveling through morocco for two weeks. I’d def come back here if I were to visit Rabat again. Very flexible and kind host, helped me a lot with the taxi transfer from the airport. The room is very nice, you can heat it up - which is essential in winter - and it has a nice balkony, that I imagine wonderful in the warm months. I can highly recommend to stay there, neighborhood is calm and safe.

Nice location for train travelers. Comfortable room with a private bathroom and balcony. The host was nice to pick us up near this apartment. The only problem is that if you don't speak any French, it would be hard to communicate. I think I encountered some misunderstandings that make me feel the host’s over protectiveness of his property.

We had a very rough check in. We could not reach Marie and we were not given any information prior for her manager’s number. I believe she was on holiday. Definitely make sure you have contact information before arrival. Her hotel manager and staff are top notch, they are very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, our room was small but it is perfect for sleeping.

The accommodation has met all the expectations shown in the ad. Very good communication and welcome with a tea and a typical Moroccan sweet. The cozy room although a bit dark. The rest of the Riad is very beautiful both in decoration and environment, and very good breakfast for € 5 per head (not included in the price). I would definitely repeat stay at this place.

The riad is really a unique place and definitely the prettiest riad we stayed at in Morocco. The room is quite small (also u shouldn’t mind that there is no door for the toilet within the room), but u have a spacious rooftop with lots of seating possibilities and a great view! I had the breakfast in the morning and it’s worth the extra money, Marie’s homemade jam is delicious!!

Sami is an excellent host, ready to help, he received us personally which was good since he helped us with recommendations to see the city. The space was very spacious and very very clean, it was really a break from the hustle and bustle of the most tourist cities in Morocco. Sami is a thoughtful, responsive, and helpful host. The apartment is an easy walk from the Rabat Ville tram station, a five-minute walk to the Medina, and generally in a great location. The apartment is really large. Just to note, it doesn’t have an escalator and is up three flights of stairs.

Sami has been an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and spacious, as seen in the photos. On the same day of our flight, Sami told us that he could pick us up from the airport if we wanted to. The apartment is minutes from the medina and a Carrefour Market, an unbeatable location. It is a third floor and the wifi worked correctly. The communication with Sami was very fast and he has been very kind and attentive to us. Without a doubt if we returned to Rabat we would repeat !!

The riad is well located in the Medina near many points of interest. Tawfeeq provides clear directions on how to reach the property. The Moroccan atmosphere in the room is very clean and beautiful: waking up with the birds singing in the riad was something unforgettable! We highly recommend!

A lovely Riad right in the heart of the old Medina. Quiet area and yet barely a 5 minute walk to the Kasbah of the Udayas or the Bazaar. Stylish Moroccan vibe too. Clean and tidy. Hospitality was very welcoming. Tawfeeq always responded promptly when we asked a question. A fantastic stay.

The strengths of the riad are the location and the hospitality of the landlord. The riad is right in the medina so very central. Consequently somewhat difficult to find but this was solved by the host who gives very clear instructions and even kindly picked us up at the station. Tawfeeq is very hospitable, gives valuable tips and the entire communication is very cordial, punctual and fast. Regarding the room itself, the price-quality ratio is certainly correct. According to our standards, some light and air may be missing because there are no outside windows, but this is specific to the local architectural style and the location of the riad. The room was also very cold but there was a heater to solve this problem. The cleanliness of the room was fine.

A very lovely apartment with everything we need! Beautifully decorated with local features. Did not meet tawfeeq himself but the ladies in the house is friendly. Five minutes walking from the parking place. Google map could not lead me to the right place but tawfeeq gave me useful instruction. Parking is a little tricky. Tawfeeq said it cost 20 overnight. However we were charged 30 when parking the car and another 5 when leaving.

Best Airbnb stay in Morocco so far. Been to 3 cities and stayed in great Airbnbs but Tawfeeq’s home was the best. Easy to locate, walking distance to most attractions, host was helpful and friendly. And the room...it was perfect. Big and spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Was cold at night but not a problem as the blankets kept us warm and there was a heater near the bed.

A wonderful Riad located close to the center of Medina e the kasbah, good comunication with Tawfeeq, and a magical and quite place where spending your journey in Rabat. Having a city map and breakfast for guest would be a plus for guests.

10/10! Great place, nice people, very comfortable, has everything you want. Extremely flexible and understanding host as my plans changed multiple times immediately prior to arrival. This place is better suited for independent travelers, not those looking for a homestay experience. The family and other guests are very respectful and keep mostly to themselves. Thanks again!

Excellent hospitality and accommodation.

This place was a dream for me. Marouane and family were absolutely wonderful and gracious. The room is very comfortable and it’s near a grocery, espresso, laundry service (but you can also use their washer and clothes lines), great sandwiches and shawarma, and all you daily needs are easy to meet. It’s a 5 min walk to the bus that takes you straight to Agdal and Rabat-Agdal train station, and the Old City. I loved staying here. I felt safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it for long-stays, especially.

I have ended up staying with this amazing family for over six weeks and have loved every minute of it. The house is big and located in a very posh calm and green neighborhood of Rabat which has made my stay even more pleasant considering I was working and traveling at the same time. The internet is very strong and had no issue working from there. They were extremely lovely and polite and kept the house very well. There's amazing energy in the house and I will miss staying there..

I had a very good experience at Marouane's house. He was always available if I had questions or needed help even before I arrived to the city, he is a very nice and humble person. His mom was very kind and made feel very comfortable. The place is far away from the Medina in a very nice neighbourhood and there is a bus stop just in the corner which will bring you to the Medina. The room was very cosy and comfortable, just bring your ear plugs if you are sensitive with noises because there is a Mosque next to the house. In any case 100% recommended place!

I spend 4 days in Carmellas place. Its really well located in the center of Rabat. The appartment was very clean and Carmella was very helpful.

Sara's place is very nice! It's large, a comfortable bed with nice warm blankets, in a great location in the Medina, and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed to make a decent meal. Be sure to have her friend pick you up from there airport if you need - the price was quite reasonable, he was very kind, gave us a quick tour of the city - all this even though he had to wait almost an hour for us after our plane landed due to extra long lines at the airport. Overall a great experience and if I were to come back to Rabat I'd definitely stay there again. Thanks Sara!

This was our second time at Sara's and we enjoyed it more. It was warm enough to enjoy the terrace. In the old medina so a great location. Sara has figured out a unique way to get there by using Google maps/GPS! We'llbe back!

Sara is a sweetheart! She helped us with transportation when we arrived and gave us all the assistance we need. We stayed on the terrace of your house, in a practically private part. The facilities are simple yet comfortable and the difference is the location, close to the beach and the main points of interest in Rabat. We enjoyed it very much and recommend the accommodation!

Fadwa's apt was big, bright, secure, and in a great location near Rabat-ville train station (5 minutes walk). It was a studio style bedroom/living room with 1 sofa, 1 futon, and 2 single beds, the separate small kitchen and a washroom were quite dated, but had everything you need. Fadwa and his family speak French & Arabic, but not English, however translating texts messages was sufficient. Internet 5mbps/1mbps. There are lots of nearby restaurants with terraces and take away, and Carrefour is no far either. The only issue I had was with unclean sheets, however I booked the day before, so maybe usually it is better.

This nice little studio style flat is stone throw distance away from Rabat Ville station in the city centre. The host has been very good in communication and hospitality/checkin. They live next door themselves, and all it takes is a knock on the door to get any assistance you may require. Will consider staying there again.

Really lovely riad! So well decorated and close to the ocean and the kasbah. The breakfast was also the best riad breakfast I had in all of Morocco and is only €5. The riad was very quiet and in a great location in the medina- really good value for the price. :)

In all my trips, I’ve had good and bad experiences, but with Salmane I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Let’s start with the location. His place is very central to all the iconic monuments and Rabat ville train station (12 min walk) . Is a very safe area so you can walk around at 3 am and you won’t feel unsafe. Is near the different embassies and governmental building so Is a well secured area. The place has a terrace which is perfect to relax, smoke or just take some pics. The apartment is very clean and gives a warming sensation. Next to the apartment complex is a VERY good restaurant called “ ça100bon”. Is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea etc and you can’t beat the convenience that is right next to the apartment. Now the host: Salmane is one of those host that sets the bar up way too high for other host to meet. He treats you like family, replies in a timely manner, takes it upon himself to offer tips and places to explore! He even gave me a tour of the city and the souks. I felt like I was safe all the time, and is like I was visiting a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. If you have any doubts, you cannot go wrong with this place nor this host. It is worth it.

I walked into the beautiful and clean local specialty accommodation along the alley. The host was warm and friendly. The special cooking meal made me taste authentic cuisine in Morocco.

Great place tucked away in a quiet section of the Medina. You can hear bird song in the morning while enjoying a breakfast provided by Assia. The place is in walking distance to the Kasbah and Andalusian Gardens to the north-east and Rabat Ville station to the south. Assia herself is a fantastic host and ensured every question or concern I had was well answered and looked after. Highly recommended! Make sure if you don't speak French or Arabic you have Google translate or a similar app handy though.

Transportation, taxi and buses are 1 min walk from villa. In comparison with the quality and the service provided, this accommodation is a cheap deal.

Get place for the value. Location was great, walking distant from the train station. We had to take a taxi to get to the main attractions but walked through the Médina on the way back and it was a good fun commute. Our host recommended an amazing place for breakfast and was so quick to respond for anything we needed. We came in December and it’s a bit chilly at night but the heater and warm blankets made us comfortable. It’s a humble small place but I have no doubt our host kept everything so clean.

I'm afraid that the hot water is not enough (no more hot water in the middle of a shower, after twenty minutes) Other than that, everything is flawless. Very good experience, a meeting that goes beyond my expectations.

The owner is super hospitable and very caring. She answered to all our questions beforehand. The accommodation is super clean and exactly as described. We loved the attention to details she placed when arranging the studio. There is also an option to do the laundry.

However, you must pay a caretaker for parking, may be mentioned in the announcement for the future. For information the price of the caretaker cost me 20 dirham for the night. I highly recommend the address for a stay in flap.

The apartment is a very nice location, easily walkable to the medina and kasbah, and very close to the Hassan Tower and Mausoleum. It was very clean and comfortable. A very nice space for up to 4 people, and a good value. We arrived before our posted check-in time, but were able to store our bags for a while and come back for check in.

Nicest Air BNB In Morocco!!! My husband and I travel for at least 3 months a year and have been traveling for the last 12 years ...this Air BNB was the cleanest places that we have ever stayed. The location was perfect to walk to all of the sights or it’s close to the tram station too. The place was much nicer than the pictures show with a washing machine and all of the kitchen amenities you could want. The hosts were amazing and responded to any questions immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best values in Rabat. Excellent quiet location - 10 min walk to center Hay Riad, nicest area in Rabat. If you have a car this place is perfect. The bathroom (shared) and room are a little dated but clean and have the basic amenities. The host is friendly, answers fast and is readily available. I would definitely stay here again.

I really don’t know where to start , it was such an amazing stay . Marouane and his family made this stay soo special , the hospitality the love the care was amazing . The journey started with Marouane taking care of picking me up from the airport , on arrival he took his time to show me all the places to visit and best ways to visit . Maroune and his family were soo welcoming , the following day they invited me to join there family traditional couscous meal which was soo lovely and best of all yummy 😋 . It was a really lovely location with all sites ideally located and in a quiet neighbourhood . The place and room was super tidy and clean . For me what was special was Maraoune was always available late at night replying to messages helping me plan my trips, his family and sister especially was soo caring and always willing to help. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Rabat to visit Marouane place and experience the homely loving Moroccan culture and delicious Moroccan food .

This was my second time staying there. Read my previous review for details. In short: a wonderful room in a wonderful villa. Super quiet super clean super friendly people. A good place especially for staying for a while when you want to wind down and relax.

Well all other reviews are correct. It is one of the best Airbnb experiences i have ever had. I was invited to lunch and felt that my privacy was absolutely respected. Special thanks to the mother of the family who kindly did my laundry and cleaned my room. The house itself is wonderfully quiet, spacious and beautiful throughout and it located in a posh residence close to amenities. The room can get chilly at night. This is the only thing i want to point out but it does not stop me from giving this listing a 5/5!

Botaina is really nice and responsive, and her flat is clean, warm and well-equipped. There was nothing we needed and we couldn't find!

It was fascinating to have breakfast against the ocean view. Although the location is difficult to find, we were able to find the building by calling the landlord. The apartment number I, the entrance is a little bit inside, but it can be found. Stay only for the view. I advise.

Botaina’s waterfront flat in Rabat was a great choice for our partner and I making our way around northern Morocco. Moreover, she has all the am entities including stocked fridge(charges apply) and bathroom toiletries. There was also convenient parking available. Lastly, since we solely made a stop in Rabat to experience local Moroccan life, this place was perfect to get a glimpse of how cosmopolitan Moroccan life is, opposed to accomodation located in the center of tourist hotspots.
