Located 5 min. from the town center, into a protected park, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including downstairs, a stunning kitchen with stone sink, central worktop, large traditionnal cooker, a huge fridge and a back kitchen for supplies. Outside, a huge swimming pool ( 2,40 m depth!!), an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far.

Welcome to Maison Principale , thé house is situated in the stunning village of Poudenas . Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by forest. A tranquil location with the sounds of wildlife. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the original characteristics. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

In our farm we have set up 1 cottage. It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. A living room at the entrance of this cottage (30 m2) A crib, folding crib and high chair All with a Wi-Fi connection!!! AIR CONDITIONING!!!

the gite la Bergerie was created in an outbuilding of our beautiful Gers farmhouse dating from 1785, all in stone. we are located between Condom and Montréal du Gers, a few kilometers from the fortified village of Larressingle and a hundred meters from the Compostelle road cottages with a large living room with open kitchen and upstairs 2 comfortable bedrooms and a private pool. the cottage is classified 3 keys by Clévacances and 3 stars by Atout France.

Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).
