Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest department. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

The apartment in the villa "Möwengeflüster" offers maximum comfort on 220 m² - directly on the picturesque Goitzschesee. The house was completed in 2025 & impresses with its open architecture & high-quality furnishings. The living and dining area offers direct lake views thanks to large window fronts. Here, cozy relaxation & stylish design meet harmoniously. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. A sauna & a spacious terrace invite you to relax.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

All the sights, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside the front door. The apartment is designed with high-quality furniture, equipped with a private sauna and garden. Parking and free Wi-Fi are available.

The modern & family-friendly apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach to Lake Goitzsche. The apartment has free parking and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with lake view. The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

Cottage in the countryside

An idyllic & quiet courtyard awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn.

Holiday home New Port

The New Port house with its three bedrooms and large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25 m², individually usable roof terrace. From here you have a perfect view of the entire area, as well as a great view of the Goitzsche.
