Everything was impeccable when we arrived, even the small stove, so entering the apartment was very nice: it was cloudy and cold outside. We were able to cook, bathe and sleep very comfortably. In addition there were 2 TVs with cable, and the wifi worked very well.

Very nice Loft, just like the photos. The extra charge of $ 500 for cleaning should be reported BEFORE hiring the accommodation and not after. The heated pool was NOT enabled, even though it had been confirmed. The single bed is not comfortable. The white clothes are not up to an airbnb.

The building is new and modern, it has parking inside it. The apartment is very bright and neat, and has a spectacular forest view that can be seen from the balcony. The hosts let us check out late to take advantage of the beach afternoon!

Remote place, you have to go by car. It is 10 min from the beach. Everything else exceeds all expectations. It has a fridge with freezer, large and comfortable bed, smart tv to watch netflix and excellent internet connection. It also has a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. It has grill available, a very modern shower and bidet. We would return without hesitation, they will not regret it.

The place is as described. My mom was there for 1 month and she had a great time, the hosts were really nice and everything worked as described. She told me to recommend the place to people visiting Pinamar! :)

The apartment has an excellent location, close to the best restaurants, confectionery, cafes, etc. The cleanliness was amazing and all the artifacts worked perfect. The building is very safe. We will surely return, many thanks to Silvia, Vicente and Cintia for everything !!!!

It is a beautiful, modern and warm apartment. We find it in excellent condition and it is very well equipped. The location is perfect because it is very close to the center and also to the beach. They received us cordially and there was always good communication!
