At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

It is located in Dilissos, a settlement of Nea Styra and is just 150 meters from the sandy beach. Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

Our accommodation is unique, offering you tranquility, comfort, safety and isolation from everyday life. Within three minutes you can walk to the port, shops and cafes or relax in the lovely garden. The keys are in a locker, the password will be sent to you in time. We'll be in constant contact for anything that comes up. We hope you enjoy our wonderful seas, swimming, walking, fishing.
