Place is very clean. The hosts are extremely friendly, have tips on great places to eat, and tips on places to see. From the balcony you can see the sea and from the street in front you can see Beto Carreiro. Most of the time we walk, considering the proximity of the place to the beach, restaurant, cafe, Beto Carrero, etc. The city is amazing, quiet and has a wonderful view.

The place was as described in the announcement, it is very close to the park to walk, it was very clean and had air conditioning which is much appreciated as we were very hot. The hosts were very friendly and worried, allowed us to store our luggage the day we were leaving and were always attentive to our needs.

The ideal place in Penha. We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need to rest well, air conditioning, good bed and shower. Kitchen in case they wanted to cook and space to leave the car. The attention was the best. They gave us advice on where to eat and to enjoy the park. The park is reached by walking a few blocks and it is best not to move the car (and save parking in the park). When we returned from the park, having already checked out they let us shower. SUPER RECOMMENDED

The inn is very close to Beto Carrero, being possible to walk, has a bakery on the same street, excellent and with good prices. When we arrived at the inn, the super kind owner, welcomed us and let us choose the room. For those who want to go to Beto Carrero I suggest leaving the car in Tom and go walking, as it is very close and the parking is 50.00. I went with my 5 year old daughter and it was better than expected. Tom's house goes straight to the sand, for those with children there's nothing better ... He has two wonderful little dogs, Adalgisa and Lola. They are as dear as he is. Very near there is a bakery that has very nice things, besides PF .. I want to go back more often, for sure! Thank you, Tom!

Antonio is very welcoming, my husband and I stayed 3 days and 2 nights, because Antonio received us before the check-in time stated in the announcement, we arrived very early, rs, and very kindly received us, offered breakfast and Ride to the park, the next two mornings were the same way and as if that wasn't enough, we still got pampering, chocolates and an extra surprise for each guest at the cafe he gives. Senhor Jorge and Dona Lúcia's house is a charm. When we arrived they were waiting for us with everything ready. We passed tips on places to shop, have lunch, dinner, make snacks. It is super close to Beto Carrero World and the beach. We left our car at the house and rode Uber everywhere. There was something unexpected with the pool, but due to the carelessness of the guests that preceded us, but nothing that compromised our well-being. So it's worth the tip to always take care of our hosts' house as if they were ours

We made a family trip with a quick stop in Penha, and we loved Fabiana's apartment, a clean, organized, well equipped and very well located place, close to Beto Carrero's park. Fabiane was very attentive, gave us several tips on local businesses, and responded very quickly when we called her. We certainly indicated and we wanted to stay a few more days in her apartment with the beautiful view it has.

Loved our hosting. The apartment is complete has everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable accommodation. It is in the center of Penha, we can do everything on foot as it is close to markets, restaurants and pharmacies. And not to mention that when we arrived we were surprised with a delicious coffee, this affection is priceless !! We will be back more often for sure !!

Staying at Fabiana's fit is undoubtedly the highlight of the trip. A cozy place, fit all equipped with all utensils and not to mention the sea view, this is awesome! Organized, cleanliness, perfect location near markets, pharmacy and banks, all of the building very helpful. Great wifi, great beds, great shower. It's well worth it and we'll be back. Very good quiet location and close to the beach and Beto Carrero. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rest. There is bakery and supermarket nearby, we had only one setback where the supermarket closes at 20:00. Note: You can walk to Beto Carrero but if you want to go by car has parking nearby from R $ 10.00 per day.

The house is very close to the park we went every day on foot. You could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. The house has everything you need for housewares. Alessandra is very attentive, as we stayed a week, the house had enough cleaning material (detergent, dish towels, floor towel, toilet paper, disinfectant) for a period longer than what we would stay, this is very important. As my son said, the house is simple but we could live there forever, hehe

The house is very cute. Super clean, close to the park, and has several kitchen utensils, quiet to prepare a quick meal there and save money in the park (where you would need a meal are absurd). We were 4 adults and the space was perfect. If I return to the park, I will stay in the same place, for sure.
