A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. The apartment building also includes a communal rooftop BBQ and lounge area. I will be available in person for key pick/up and to answer any queries/show the apartment. Available via phone if there are any issues. The apartment is right on High St Northcote, known for its live music venues, bars, and restaurants. Take a short walk to Welcome to Thornbury, a popular food truck park, or listen to new bands at Northcote Social Club. The apartment is on High st, along the 86 tram line from Bundoora into the CBD. Croxton Station is also a short walk away, with a 20 min train ride into the city. This apartment is in a block with owner occupiers and tenants, so please be mindful of noise in the early morning/late at night so as not to disturb neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.

Cosy Inner City Studio Apartmnt. Spacious. Quiet.

This cosy & spacious self-contained studio apartment has its own street entrance and is very quiet. In inner city suburb of Brunswick, it is very close to cafes, restaurants, public transport, shops & bars. Also close to Fitzroy, Carlton, Northcote :) It has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and 2 induction cooker hotplates. Outside is lovely garden with a lemon tree (that nearly always seems to have lemons) and a very active birdbath. This is a quiet oasis with endless 5 star reviews :)

Compact ‘granny flat’, hotel style, free standing, separate access. Bedroom/desk plus bathroom. Wee Dougie is VERY SMALL, great for 1, cosy for 2. Ideal for short stays, Uni or hospital visitors or professionals, Uni graduations or a weekend just outside Melbourne CBD. As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.
