Buona accoglienza, prezzo davvero concorrenziale per la stagione, casa situata a venti minuti dal mare in zona tranquilla, peccato che le stoviglie fossero sporche, quando siamo arrivati il frigo era spento, quindi le cose che avevamo nel frighetto portatile hanno rischiato di andare a male; nei giorni successivi, nonostante il frigo fosse impostato alla massima temperatura, comunque era poco freddo tanto che il latte è scaduto. La connessione internet, prevista tra i servizi, prendeva solo in alcuni punti della casa, in alternativa i proprietari ci avevano consigliato di andare nel giardino dietro, dove però loro. La lavatrice, che era prevista tra i servizi, era sempre nel giardino dietro casa, la proprietaria ci ha detto che se volevamo avrebbe fatto lei una lavatrice per noi. Il parcheggio riservato, come da servizi previsti, l’hanno sconsigliato i proprietari stessi e ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la macchina davanti a casa lungo la strada. Essendo casa adibita anche a fumatori all’interno dei locali c’era molto odore di fumo.

Casa comoda e accogliente, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione presente nell'annuncio. Situato in una strada tranquilla, a qualche km dal paese di Notaresco, a una ventina di minuti dal mare e a soli 10 minuti dal casello dell'autostrada quindi molto comodo anche per chi volesse spostarsi per visitare la regione, che ha molto da offrire. Al nostro arrivo il frigo non raffreddava bene ma lo abbiamo comunicato a Filippo che ha subito provveduto a sostituirlo con uno funzionante. Filippo e sua moglie sono stati gentili e disponibili. Beautiful set of apartments, contemporary and modern with all comfort. The reception of Milena is friendly, efficient and everything is well organized. Minus points are the small pool (3 x 12m) for the six apartments, no accessible garden with lawn and shade but especially the presence of a sometimes busy street right next to the site and the sight and noise of a highway at 300m !! This is nowhere indicated on the website and is surprisingly on arrival.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa Renzo very much. Description of the location is good and correct. The whole area is very clean and Milena and her crew take care of it. We've never seen such a well equiped BBQ-Area :-) Fresh fruits an vegetables from the own garden is an absolutly great idea. And on top: it was for free! We can recommend the Villa Renzo and would come back any time. Thanks Milena.

We spend wonderful 10 days at Iacobhouse! The house and the surroundings really are as beautiful as on the photos. The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped. Everything is perfectly clean. There’s tons of info material in 4 languages and also recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Great view on the mountains. Lovely garden with vegetables that we could use. The house is nicely located between the sea (20-25min) and the mountains (35min or longer, depending on where you want to go), near the SS150 that links the coast with the Gran Sasso region. You can feel that Antonio really made an effort to provide everything one could wish for, and also his mother Caterina was just so very nice and helpful!! We felt very much at home. We definitely consider to come back sometime :-)

The house is large, clean and in a quiet environment. The garden and the garden are really more especially when we traveled. We spent a wonderful week.

The house was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable; we were impressed by the thoughtfulness that Antonio gave us, in the refrigerator and the pantry we find the need for breakfast, everything that could be needed to quench our thirst (water, juice and beer) and the minimum required for the first lunch. Also adjacent to the house we were given the opportunity to use the garden. In the hall he has left several guidebooks and different prints to achieve each service area (supermarket, pizza) and the calendar of festivals in the period of our stay. The bathroom was stocked with an adequate number of towels and materials for washing (better than a hotel). The house is located between the sea and the mountains, is a country on Castelnuovo Vomano, with everything, with a wonderful bakery in the square.

You can grab you fresh vegetables from the garden. The view is incredible and only 40 minutes from Pescara if you need want to visit or refresh yourself in sea.

The description is exactly what you get. Plenty of space both inside and out. Excellent facilities already present in the kitchen and plenty of shopping, we had to buy almost anything themselves. About a half hour drive from the beaches in Roseta and several supermarkets. Here we will definitely come again. Especially with the beautiful surroundings of beach and mountains.

Thank you Antonio and Family for a truly wonderful stay!! We had a really great time. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, with all essentials and much more provided, and there is a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains behind. Antonio has provided loads of information on the area in multiple languages - and its an easy drive to both the coast (where there is national park beach area along with the more polished bits with sunloungers etc) and up into the Grand Sasso mountains for sight-seeing and hiking. The local town has plenty of good shops for food, a butchers and there was van selling fresh fish too. We visited a market there on Monday as well. Antonio and his family were really welcoming and generous hosts, and very kindly gave us wonderful super organico vegetables and eggs from their garden. The house was very child-friendly, with toys, drawing pens and paper and our son absolutely loved his stay, in particular the super-friendly cat and kittens and playing in the paddling pool kept him entertained for hours! Abruzzo is a very beautiful area of Italy that was new to us and we would love to stay at IacobHouse again when we go back!

This house is awesome. It had everything we needed and then some. We highly recommend. Perfect for families.

Everything was very organized and clean at the home. All the postie reviews we read were exactly the same, the host were very generous with toiletries and extra towels as well as good in the fridge. My son loved drawing with the provided markers and paper and we loved to head the rosters in the morning. Cool breeze this time if year allowed us to keep one window open to stay cool over night.

Immerso nella natura, panorama bellissimo e posizione tranquilla. Appartamento provvisto di tutti i confort di prima necessità, tranne lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Struttura davvero carina e rispecchia la descrizione fornita. Giardino bellissimo. Daniela davvero gentilissima e sempre disponibile!

We had a very nice stay in Anna's house. The host was perfect; very hospitable but at the same time discreet. The house fulfilled our expectations with a complete separate entrance and beautiful views of the rolling hills and mountains (and even a sea view in the distance). Access to the house is very good, close to the highway but far enough to be quiet and serene. Very pleasant was the welcome pack with a delicious quiche, home grown fruits and a bottle of bubbly. We would definitely come back here if we would not have bought a house ourselves in the region. Many thanks to Anna and family (and Tito the dog).

We had a lovely family holiday at Luludaki. It was in a rural, peaceful place with a large terrace and great view. The children loved being there and played happily. The house exceeded expectations and was beautifully presented,clean, large and spacious. The terrace was the best of all, a place you could really relax and spend an outdoor life. The hosts were very friendly and offered numerous tips and were very child friendly. The local area lent itself to beach days, mountain walks and visits to historical towns. A great experience to go with the family.

Luca was very friendly and did everything to make us feel at ease. The house is lovely and spacious, the beautiful garden offered us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature, as well as literally reap the rewards! The house of Luke is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and silence of the Abruzzo countryside. Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately me and my partner could not have known Luca in person, but we were greeted by his father friendly, which made us find the freshly picked figs from the tree. The gem was to be found in the living room an old 33 rpm record player that made us company day and night with the music of famous composers. It was a very pleasant stay, the owners were really helpful and definitely be back again hoping we can stop a few more days. Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying at this house for 3 weeks! The house is clean, cute, cozy, and offered all the amenities you can think of. Perfect to sit and enjoy nature and unbelievable Gran Sasso mountain view. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends!

We spent almost 2 weeks in Luca and Octavio‘s house and we had the best vacations ever. The house is in a quiet area, among hills, corn and grain fields and olive orchard. There are beautiful sunny mornings when you can have the breakfast on the terrace with your family, and quiet evenings when you can grill meat and with the glass of wine watch the nearby mountains and sunset. If you want to spend a delightful vacation close to the sea, surrounded by real Italian life and your family, this place is the right choice. It has to be also mentioned that the beaches in Pineto and Roseto are worth of seeing and I am sure that the best ones for small kids. Luca and Octavio made us feel home and we did not miss anything in the house. We had a great time there and wish to come back soon. Thank you!

really lovely and quiet place just a few kilometers from the sea (10 min) and mountains of the national park. Huge garden where you can let the children play freely and dogs. There are no noisy neighbors and is very close to citizens services (pharmacy, supermarket, etc ...) we recommend to buy fruits, vegetables, sweets and bread from local producers; I assure you that is a goodness difficult to find elsewhere.

We stayed in the villa for 3 days and we were very good. Upon our arrival we were very pleasantly surprised by the villa, surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees, in an oasis of quiet and calm. Inside the villa was cozy, clean and equipped with television, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, oven, refrigerator and everything needed for cleaning. But this house and its owners have shown us that there is no limit sovershenstvu.Krasota Abruzzo hills, beautiful views of the mountains, olive garden, a beautiful, cozy and comfortable home - we all loved it. Am Ende der Straße wunderschön sanierte, urige Villa, ehemaliges Bauernhaus. Etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt mit dem Auto. Sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, toller Garten und Innenhof für gemütliche Stunden. Toller Ausblick vom Sitzplatz. Atri hat eine schöne, sehenswerte Altstadt, immer montags Markt.

Le lieu est superbe et tranquille. Détente assurée. Les logements sont parfaits avec de très bonnes prestations. Jet et Tieno sont des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. Le descriptif de l'annonce est en-dessous de la réalité tellement l'endroit et les appartements sont magnifiques. Nous y avons passé en famille un séjour très agréable.

We really enjoyed. The house is situated in the beautiful hills in the countryside, with the sea and the coastal towns like Giulianova - 10-15 minutes by car. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay - hot water, washing machine, kitchen with stove. Spacious rooms, large terrace, where you do not want to leave. The hosts - very nice people, sincere and caring, but not annoying. In our opinion, this is an excellent option for a long family vacation in the sea, at the same time with the ability to avoid the coastal bustle of hotel.
