The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Characterful former alpaca shed with the most idylic views, on it's own in the neighbouring field to the main barn. Only 20 minutes from Oxford but a rare slice of rural life. Great local pubs including the renowned White Heart. Walk out to the local Farm shop for provisions or a coffee and you might just see a tractor. **Please note the treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment.** Our outhouse is isolated and self contained with a small kitchen area. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are hammocks in the wood to lay in while enjoying the wildlife and birds. There are extensive footpaths in the countryside from our doorstep. Oxford is only 3.5 miles away.
