Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
