New, quiet residence with large garden. The garden contains 3 swimming pools of which 2 with jacuzzi and child pool and 1 covered and heated in winter, play area for children, petanque courts and outside fitness area. The residence consists of 9 modern, low appartment blocks (3 floors). Our appartment has a large south based terrace with frontal view on a swimming pool. Private underground parking space available. Las Colinas golf & country club is truly a world apart. A unique natural environment with a landscaped golf, nature walks, tennis and padel courts, pools, a fitness and beach club. The apartment is in the Limonero community along the golf course and it has far reaching views over the golf and to the sea. The community has its own infinity pool.
