The Buganvilla apartment is next to our house. It is ideal if you want to enjoy the proximity of the sea and at the same time the tranquility and calm that the Olives transmit. It offers privacy with a private porch and at the same time you can share moments with the hosts in the pool and the rest of the common areas of the estate, a good BBQ and petanque contest. The apartment is located in the heart of the city of l'Ametlla de Mar just above the main beach of the town, l 'Alguer. It is very sunny and totally exterior and you can enjoy beautiful views of the beach, the promenade and the sea. It is a second floor without elevator and consists of bathroom, equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: a double, a twin with bunk bed and a single. The building has a parking lot for the use of the neighbors but no reserved space.
