Rout’s apartment is in the heart of all the action in Gemmayze, close to some excellent restaurants and bars and a short stroll to Martyr’s Square and beyond. The place itself has everything you need and was wonderfully clean. The bed is comfy, the terrace is great and there was even water in the fridge for us when we arrived. It’s the perfect place from which to explore an amazing city!

A truly refined apartment that feels homely immediately with a personal touch and plenty of local tips. We could not have wished for a better stay, this has far surpassed our expectations. Thank you.

The attention for details is sick!!!!! You feel very welcomed, harout and his family are amazing, the things that u find in the cottage are not found an any 5* hotels!! Beer, butter, eggs, soft drinks, all kind of utensils, wet wipes, delivery menue for close by restaurants, board games, cd, dvd's, books, a whole netting kit, plenty of wood for the chimney, cats, chicken, rabits... u name it... raw and beautiful experience!! A masterpiece in the middle of the mountains

Abdul was very quick to reply and helpful to questions. His house manager and crew were very helpful and supportive during our stay at the beautiful villa. The villa is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need and decorated with an Arabic flare. The view from the terrace and pool is incredible. There are many local sites and restaurants around the mountain with incredible views. Local grocery store and pharmacy with in walking distance. The village of Mazboud would be a good walk, but has everything you need in a short drive. We used the equipped kitchen at most times for meals. The people are very kind and helpful. With many spaces, this villa is great for family and groups to share and have a special holiday.

We booked this place with a group of our friends for mine and my twin sister's birthday. When we arrived we were greatly greeted by Mohamad, the mayor, and he showed us around the villa and it was exactly like the pictures - if not better. Mohamad and the concierge were available all the time for any inquiries and they helped us decorating and cleaning up. The villa was equipped with all needed amenities and our stay was as smooth as it can be. Everyone absolutely loved the villa, the view, the host and we're definitely booking it again in the near future. And thanks to Abdul for being so cooperative and responsive with helping book the villa.

Shamees villa is fantastic. It is very spacious. It is overlooking a green valley with astonishing view. The pool and the multi-level gardens are very nice. The host, Mokhtar Mohammad, Adeeb and Morshida where very supportive and hospitable. We spent a great time and I would highly recommend.

This is the second time my friends and I book the Shamees Villa from Abdul, and once again we had the time of our lives! Needless to say the villa and surrounding view are breath taking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable so is the kitchen. Several bathrooms are available which is perfect for large groups. Abdul was super responsive to my messages and went the extra mile to accomodate all of our requests, even on short notice. We really felt at home. We also had the help of sweet Mourchida who was extra attentive to every little detail and stayed with us till the last second.

The location is perfect. The apartment is nice and functional. Despite a slight issue with the check-in, Jonny and his team were very welcoming and promptly provided tips and solutions, and answered all my questions. I would be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Johnny's flat in Mar Michael was great. The interior is very trendy and artsy. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the vibrant Mar Michael neighbourhood. Hisham was extremely helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The appartement is great and has all you need. We couldn’t have stayed at a better location! Staying in Mar Mikhaël is great and is central to wherever you want to go. With Armenia street around the corner you’ll have the best shops, restaurants and bars a footstep away. Highly recommended!

The place is a total catch, amazing neighbourhood in which one can find almost everything, restaurants from all around the world for everyone’s taste, all of them can be easily found and reached. Besides being charming, the flat is super complete with all the amenities and johnny has made himself present and responsive all the time. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and even come back on future opportunities.

Brilliant stay. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and it was serviced daily by two girls who do an amazing job. The location is fantastic. In summary, this was a great choice and it made our stay in Beirut very happy.

My second time staying here and I love it. Pool right at my door and so close to the Main Street and all the best bars in town. You can relax or party , it’s a wonderful space with a great view and I cannot wait for my third stay!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Rabih's place, soo much soo that we decided to extend our stay by another week. The apartment is a 30-40 minute walk from Biblos. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for after a week in the hustle and bustle of Beirut. The apartment has a small kitchen where you can prepare simple meals and then enjoy them on Rabih's lovely balcony overlooking the Med. We loved listening to the sound of the waves on the nearby beach in the evening. Check-in was very smooth and Rabih was always there to help whenever we had questions about the local area or travelling around Lebanon. This place is perfect for those who have some time to explore Lebanon but don't want to base themselves in Beirut. Looking forward to staying with you again soon Rabih! Alice and Adam

Lovely place. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Before I arrived, I raised a concern about how clean and sanitized the place will be due to the recent outbreak of the corona virus and the hosts were very responsive and very clear on how they are being careful and making sure the place is cleaned well. I arrived to find the place to be clean indeed. Overall it’s very well decorated, great and quiet location, cozy, private and suitable for singles or couples looking for a nice night in! Highly recommended :)

I loved my stay at Ralph’s place! Even though I never met him in person, he’s very responsive and helpful. I had to interrupt my stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and he was very understanding about it. The apartment is great, very spacious, cosy and comfortable. It has a shared terrace in the front and a private one in the back. The location is wonderful as well, right in the city centre, close to anything you might need during your stay, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ralph’s place was perfect for my stay. On a quiet street, but minutes away from the sursock museum and villa Audi, and from great bars, cafes and restaurants in jemayseh. The living room and bedroom were large and comfortable and the AC / heating worked fine. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for a short stay. The bathroom is small and basic but this is standard in Beirut, so no surprises here. Overall I would recommend Ralph’s apartment and will stay again next time I’m in Beirut. If you have some free time this is the perfect neighborhood, my favorites are alliyas bookshop / cafe nearby and em nazih for tasty Lebanese food at great prices, or mayrig for a reasonably priced Armenian restaurant, 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

The best thing about the place is it’s AMAZING VIEW of Harissa, Beirut and Jounieh and the beautiful mountains. Gorgeous outside area with BBQ and comfortable chairs. Also the flat had good supplies and was immaculately clean. Great hospitality and communication from Ghassan and his lovely family.

What an amazing view! I came for a week to just rest and regroup and I chose the right place. It was so quiet and peaceful and really felt like a home. It’s just minutes from Jounieh which sits right on the Mediterranean Sea.

cozy location surrounded by multiple apartments, it's pretty spacious for a studio! Cleanliness on point, everything is close to it supermarkets/restaurants/bakery/etc.. Hosts were super helpful, they sent a very detailed text with all the information we may need. It's super nice how the noise from all the bars/pubs is blocked even though we were in Mar Mkahel area which is know for its loudness!

Although I didn't use the apartment much as it was planned for because of my fear of corona outbreak, IMad was nice with me and offered me a refund on my stay. Highly appreciate the gesture and also I should not forget to say that the apartment is really superb and very very nicely decorated.

An ideal obstacle and a warm apartment, thanks to the pleasure of the stove!

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building typical of the region, full of charm. The accommodation itself is very spacious and very well appointed. It is very tastefully decorated, the lounge area invites you to read around the wood stove. You can also play many board games available. In short, everything invites in this place to disconnection and relaxation, not to mention the very professional welcome from Akram who was available and attentive to our needs during our stay and expert advice from Jad before our arrival. Around the accommodation, you can visit the Cèdres reserve and other charming Lebanese villages. I definitely recommend Jad's apartment and hope to have the opportunity to come back there during the sunny days.

Jad was very responsive and patient with the booking process, super flexible for the check in and check out. His father called us in the morning to check when will we arrive so he lights the chimney for us, and gave us a warm welcoming! The house was sparkling clean, very stylish, comfortable, accurate compared to the photos and all the amenities were clean and available to use. We will definitely visit again!

Akram is very friendly and welcoming. Me and my fiance spent Valentine's eve there, it is a cosy and sentimental place. Architecturally unique, with a distictive cross barrel vault and little arch windows. I recommend for couples and groups.

La Casa Antigua was a highlight of our stay in Lebanon, we felt at home in what is a special space - beautifully historic but also cosy, warm and well located. Maaser is a great base for exploring the area and the Cedars/Biosphere Reserve, and we really enjoyed meeting Akram who made our stay effortless - and even helped us on the drive to Maaser when a road from Zahlé was shut. Very much recommend and we will be back in the future!

Good experience

I told him that I would arrive at 5 and ended up arriving at 11 and he took it in charismatic stride. The place is beautiful and the balcony overlooks a city that lights up a bit at night. It’s just off the highway but was difficult to find at first, but face timing with the host while in the car helped solve that quickly. The host is very accommodating, has a humour - I would recommend for anyone who wants to hang out in the area with a vehicle or is okay ubering or using a taxi.

Studio 44 is in a great location - you can walk to the Rouche, and just outside are lively streets with everything you need. The room was very clean, modern and stylish. I recommend this Air bnb!

Recommended for those traveling to Beirut. Studio44 is a modern hotel with a chicken and cleans every day. The front desk is great. I was able to spend all my time consulting for anything. Perfectly located hotel, helpful staff at the reception. I was delighted to stay in this place, first of all because of the hospitality of the receptionists. Secondly, the apartment is very cosy and clean. And the location is perfect. Highly recommend this studio.

Excellent location and great host

I’ve stayed in these properties several times and each time it has been like a home away from home. Hisham especially showed outstanding hospitality and was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great stay! Very responsive hosts, the place is spotless clean and has ocean views. There’s 2 very comfortable bedrooms, one with balcony that gets the morning sun! Apartment is nicely decorated with excellent wifi. Location is good but is difficult to find if you’re not familiar with the area! Bathroom was great but water pressure a little bit slack. It would also be good to have a privacy curtain or shade over the bathroom window as I was scared neighbours could see through the window whilst I was showering.. Pictures of the apartment are very accurate! Overall very happy. Hisham and Rafi were both very helpful. Thanks for a good stay!

Our stay was pleasurable at this loft! The place is as described by the hosts, stylish, very clean and minutes away by foot from good restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and grocery stores. I loved coming back to this apartment as my home base during my trip to Beirut. The location is unbeatable, quiet, but right off the main street of one of the most beautiful and fun neighborhoods in Beirut. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, totally equipped with everything you need for a full apartment stay, and it’s very easy to immediately feel at home. The big windows and the terrace where the biggest draw for me. Rouf and Tat were also great hosts, communicative and available for any questions/requests. I would definitely return!

A cozy, modern & stylish apartment to stay at in the heart of Beirut. Just a walking distance you can access Beirut Down Town Souks, Martyr's Square, Nightlife at Gemaize/Mar Mkhayil ! Rouf & Tatiana are a very warm & supportive hosts with immediate response rate when needed. Not to mention the apartment is suitablr to host small friends gatherings & has all needed amenities prepared.

The communication with Naji was perfect. Absolutely cozy and beautiful - you really feel home from the very first walk into the flat. Very clean with a smart design. We had a great stay. One little thing: shower door does not close properly. We would definitely revisit again! :)

Rouf's house is located on the top floor of a building. It is not a complete apartment. The balcony on the roof is a large platform for the entire building. It is not a balcony in the apartment, but it is still in this almost private outdoor space. Enjoy the city view and sunset time. The surrounding area of the apartment may be the most lively place in Beirut at night, and it is very convenient to visit Beirut and other cities. Rouf's hospitality was very intimate. Although I didn't see him, the whole stay was very pleasant. Many local life suggestions helped the people who came to Beirut very much. The room was really small, but it was clean and warm. The conversion plug prepared by the landlord was so intimate. If there is a washing machine in the room, I think it should not be able to let it go. Haha.

Great place, it’s the second time I book an airbnb with them. The room was clean, outstanding view. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the door but we called Richard and they quickly responded and gave it to us. This small studio is probably one of my favorites! Would definitely come back.
