Unwind in the midst of nature at Simojoki's campground! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are trails and, in winter, sled tracks. Walking dogs in nature is easy. The house features a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a view of Lake Simojärvi. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to shelter on the beach! Also, ask about activities that can be arranged on-site! The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.
