Good place to stay and nicely managed property

I had an amazing visit and incredibly productive work experience. The location was perfect - had all amenities i needed. I hope to visit soon. I felt right at home. This is a perfect spot. Central location allows for easy access to local activities

Both Shila and Sajan are very considerate and caring hosts, with a caring touch. Breakfast was ready whatever time I needed to leave as was tea and snacks any time off the day! Very clean and beautiful place, and what made it special were the little touches aimed at making the guest feel at home

The place was really clean and exactly true to the pictures and reviews I'd seen. Rakesh is co-operative and made sure I had a comfortable stay. He clearly communicates everything as to avoid confusion, check in and check out was hasslefree. The amenities were impressive and surprisingly, there was absolutely no trouble from the society or guards(which is a rare in India). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay in thane for work or any low key activity. I'm not sure if this will be an ideal place to party with your friends.

I was really impressed with the place, the quality of furniture including beds, the ease of check in and extremely prompt responses. Definitely recommended for someone looking to spend some time in Hiranandani Estate in Thane particularly with access to Rodas

Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Its right next to “The Walk” which has good dining options. Room is very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.

We had a short yet pleasant stay. Very detailed instructions for checkin which was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing place ! Everything is close by from fast-food to sweets to medical/pharmacy(24 hours). Tons of options for early morning joggers and walkers. Apartment building has very good security.

This is going to be a glowing review. The home was very conveniently located , beds were very comfortable and the owner has added thoughtful touches of accessorising kitchen with quality amenities for cooking, napkins, deodorisers all around in the house. We soiled one bed sheet due to unforeseen reasons, Rohit was gracious not accept charges for bleaching and washing the spiked sheet. We look forward to our stay during next visit

This place is really worth to stay. Easy to find the location. All amenities available. Genuine description. The rooms are quite big and everything is available as mentioned. For me it was more than I expected. U nly need to carry raw materials n start cooking and eat. Rest everything is available. Awesome and wonderful view from balcony for the morning view. Near to the Sanjay Gandhi national park hills. Overall superb place to stay.

The place is 10 kms away from the nearest railway station and provides you the maximum privacy possible in the city. The rooms are spacious and basic amenities are provided. Might have a problem with the mosquitos though. The host was quick with his responses and our trip was completed without any glitches.

This is a Very Clean, comfortable and accessible accommodation. Locationwise, it is in GB Road Thane, however not too far from the main market area. The transport facilities are too good, Ola Uber is super accessible. As far the hosts are concerned, they were very accommodative, adjusting, welcoming and sweet to us. The breakfasts and the Tea was yummy. Me and my family loved it. Overall it was a super comfortable stay and a peaceful one.

It was an absolute splendid experience. Everything was smooth. The rooms were very good and clean. Its got a very homely feel. The terrace is just awesome and its got a great view especially at night. The hosts Mrs. Ila and Mr. Jitin made us feel right at home. They are very good people, always ready to help. We never felt like guests but always felt as a part of their family...

Great hosts, both jitin and his wife we very friendly and helpful! The apartment is close to the markets and supermarket which is great. Jitin was very helpful and told us the best places to eat and things to do in Mumbai. We didn't have a car so jitin organised one for us along with a guide to show us around the city. Thank you jitin and iLa we had a wonderful stay would recommend!!

Loved this place.... the view from window looking at open sky... silence ... and such friendly host... ILa & Jitin will make you feel so comfortable in just few minutes that you will feel at home... So clean... cosy... and peaceful! Transport is very good.... and location is so easy to find. Shopping mall, Water-park and much more just nearby...

Being with ila and chitim was the best, they are very friendly, prepared a rich breakfast where we could sample the typical food of the Indian, his little baby is a love, I loved being at home recommend it 100%.

Sam was a good host; he was very quick at responding any queries we asked him.

Sam’s hospitality and co-operativeness was awesome. We were 8 people and Sam was quick to provide enough bedding for all. The place is worth for the price listed given the size of our group.
