It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. Unique house next to a small old church. We rebuild the old shed next to our house to be a vacation home. It has everything you need to stay for a couple of days or weeks. You can sit in the shadow of an 100 year old oak tree. For the adventurous type we have something very special, when you stay at our house you get the key for an old World War II bunker that's on the property. That is a great play house for children.

We offer a spacious private accommodation with all amenities and a terrace to enjoy the outdoors. You also have access to a private lockable bicycle shed. An excellent base for walking or cycling in the immediate vicinity on, for example, the "Strabrechtse Heide" or "De Groote Peel National Park". There are also plenty of opportunities for other activities with the cities of Eindhoven and Helmond a short distance away.

The Chalet is located near the port of Wanssum. At a smaller distance from De Maasduinen National Park. The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.
