FACE à la mer pour ce bel appartement de 2 pièces ( 40m2) entièrement rénové avec terrasse, situé dans une résidence sécurisée, place de parking numérotée, piscine chauffée ( juillet, aout), court de tennis. la plage à 100 m est un lieu privilégié pour les amateurs de sports nautiques . plages surveillées Le golf Bluegreen de ploemeur est à 2km. Le sentier pédestre et la piste cyclable sont à 100 m de la résidence. Bars, restaurants, superette et boulangerie se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture.

Independent studio in the back of the main house on 2000 m2 of land, electric gate and parking. Small village in Queverne 56520 guidel very well located next to the bird observatory site of Grand Loch and 5 minutes from the large beach of the fort blocked, beautiful bedding in 180 by 200 and wifi. Very peaceful place. Ideal accommodation for a couple who love calm, walking, nature and the sea, your dog is welcome Ninja will be delighted. (no cat or two dogs)
