Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Nice house on the Yonne

Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Nico et Yoh vous propose un logement entier et indépendant de type Tiny House, à 1h de Paris, 10min Sens 45min Troyes et Auxerre. Dans un écrin de verdure proche étangs de pêche. Coin cuisine salon, SDE, toilettes sèches indépendante, chambre ( lit 140) mansardée à l'étage. Possibilités de petits déj (8€/pers) et/ou repas le soir (25€/pers) sur demande à régler sur place. loc de 1 nuit/semaine/mois. Nous avons 1 chienne qui peut être impressionnante mais sociable. A bientôt prix non négociable

On the edge of the forest of Othe, our cottage is a renovated dovecote of the seventeenth century, in the heart of a small authentic village, 10 minutes from Sens, its cathedral and museum. Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect for guests wishing to relax in peace (cottage located in a private lane)

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.
