This is a very comfortable B&B run by Patrizia and Frederico, who were welcoming hosts, and guided us to a good local trattoria and to the roads to see the surrounding lakes.

I stayed at this B & B with my partner one night, but it was a wonderful experience. Patrizia was very friendly and helpful even to our demands. The house was perfect, clean with private entrance and exactly like the pictures. Also good breakfast and coffee and tea ambles choice made at the time. Surely we will be back!

Both Patrizia and her husband are very friendly. They picked me up at Verbania train station when I arrived. Their room is also very clean and comfortable. However, their house is a little bit far away from Stresa and there are not many buses running between. Their place is good for travellers with cars but troublesome for those depending on public transportation.

The Patrizia room has the typical home / rustic style, with wooden ceiling and ancient mountain decor. Peculiarities of the room is that it has an entrance hall with a separate door, a private bathroom with fridge overlooking the veranda. There's a little bit little luke in the room, but we cheered the day the morning breakfast.

Prima hostess Patrizia. Through her kindness, caring, etc. it is not a problem that will only Italian spoken. Room is neat and clean. Absolute plus is the fact that there is thinking along. We had previously indicated that we would be arriving. Having a baby Without that we had asked for it, there was a camp bed ready, as well as shampoo, etc. for the baby. Patrizia and Federico were very kind hosts. They recommended destinations for day-trippers, showed us a lovely trattoria with delicious food and gave as a bootle of prosecco on our last day. I can fully recommend this B&B, the room is perfect for two people and the cost-benefit-ratio is very good. They only speak Italian, but their neighbour can help translating. It's kind of a perfect holiday feeling. So my friend and I hope to visit them again next year!

Laura was kind, flexible and very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The house is lovely, cozy and quiet. The garden is very private with a nice sunny spot for lounging. The views of the mountains are stunning. The house is on a winding country road in a small village, but only a few minutes to restaurants, shopping and the lakes.

Lucia has a wonderful apparment high above the city of Omegna. It was very good to relax and calm down there. It's a very nice place with enough space for a large familly (5 Persons). Everything was there for cooking. We found a very nice restaurant close to the train station of Omegna. (Via statione 5) Just 5 min away from the appartment starts the treck to the mountain Mottarone. Shopping is 10min down the hill at Penny or a shopping center.

Exactly what we expected. Space, extreem clean en an amazing view of the town and half the lake from the big balcony at the front. The balcony at the back has a view of a small waterfall on the mountain Mottarone (must see! Nice view!) Lucia is very kind and helpfull. Also remember...because its so high above town, you have always that breeze on the balcony. Never to hot! In the appartment is everthing availeble. Yes, even an elevator and a private garagebox. I reccomend it for sure!

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dall'host in maniera cordiale che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento che ha tra i suoi punti di forza la vista sul lago d'Orta. La casa rispecchiava quanto indicato nell'annuncio, anzi ci siamo trovati qualche servizio non indicato sulla pagina ( es phon). Consigliato a chiunque voglia passare un soggiorno circondato dalla tranquillità e dalla pace.

Casa molto pulita e super attrezzata per ogni esigenza, in posizione strategica per visitare lago Maggiore, lago di Mergozzo e lago d'Orta. La gentilissima proprietaria ha sempre risposto ad ogni chiarimento con molta disponibilità e tempestività. Veramente molto accogliente!

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft paßt gut. Der Balkon bietet einen großartigen Blick auf den Ortasee und auf Omegna. Die 4-Zi.-Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt und hat eine vollständige und gute Ausstattung mit TV. Platz gibt es genug. Die Gastgeberin hat für uns extra kostenfrei frisches Obst und Getränke und frische Milch bereitgestellt, damit wir am Abend und nächsten Tag etwas zum Frühstück haben. Für unsere 4-jährige Tochter war Spielzeug da. Vorher erkundigte sich Lucia genau, ob wir ein Kinderbett brauchen. Es war ein herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Lucia ist völlig unkompliziert. Für das Auto gibt es eine Garage, allerdings nicht für überbreite Fahrzeuge wie SUVs gut geeignet. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Man hört nichts von anderen Personen. Auch die Wohnungsrückgabe funktioniert bestens. Lucia gibt zudem gute Tips, wenn man mal essen gehen möchte. Über SMS ist sie ständig erreichbar. Man kann mit ihr auch auf Deutsch kommunizieren. In der Unterkunft liegen Besichtigungsvorschläge aus, die nützlich sind. Fazit: Wir waren begeistert und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We came for the UTLO race in Omegna and were lucky to find the accommodation in this beautiful old house. Although the age of the building is impressive, it has a nice character and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lovely kitchen and living room are nicely decorated. Can clearly recommend this place to anyone who comes to visit Omegna by car. Giany and his mother were super friendly and nice. We could feel that their hospitality comes from their heart. And don't miss the opportunity to meet the lovely cat & dog.

Come vivere in un'altra epoca. Casa molto carina su tre piani, spazi ben divisi e organizzati. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire appieno delle parti esterne per il freddo ma tutto assolutamente spettacolare. Vista bellissima e tranquillità che regna sovrana. Host gentile, disponibile e molto premuroso nello spiegare tutto.

Grazie a Sabrina e al suo staff attenti a qualsiasi esigenza! Appartamento grande, molto confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Davvero una bella scoperta! Lo consiglierei molto volentieri e tornerei sicuramente per passare qualche giorno di relax.

Omegna liegt sehr schön, umgeben von Bergen und Seen. Die Gegend bietet viele Sport und Kulturmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung von Sabrina ist toll, mit schöner Aussicht, sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Derzeit wohnen auch zwei Katzen in der Wohnung, auf die wir aufpassen durften. Sehr zu meiner Freude, weil ich Katzen liebe. An dieser Stelle möchte ich dazu aufffordern, jedem der sich für die Betreung der Tiere entscheidet, diese Aufgabe auch respektvoll zu machen! Ich verbrachte ein super Woche dort mit meiner Tochter, und bei Gelegenheit kommen wir auch gerne wieder.

Casa comoda, grande e confortevole a 10 min di cammino dal centro in una zona tranquilla e servita di supermarket e altri servizi. Sabrina e il suo staff sempre pronti ad aiutare con cortesia e simpatia ! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa casa x relax e turismo !
