Peterson Mill Schoolhouse

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. The Schoolhouse is open year-around, welcoming all who enjoy fishing, biking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Enjoy being just across the street from Wolf River in the comfort of this 1920’s era cozy cottage! Very close to downtown Fremont, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, Webfooter’s water ski show, boat ramps, Patridge Lake and beach. 3-bedroom/1bath plus futon in enclosed porch and pullout sofa in living area. Extra parking for cars or boats. Ask us about possible use of a boat dock to tie up to across the street (small fee).
